My 2019 chevrolet silverado broke down, I called DeNooyer chevrolet service department for the first time. I tried to make an appointment. I couldn't make an appointment without the Vin number, the lady said sorry need the Vin number to make an appointment i advised the vehicle was broke down miles from my home and I just didn't have the vin number with me, i advised you will have it when the vehicle arrives, she advised will need it before you can make an appointment. Thanks for adding to my stressful situation. No other shops needed this info to make an appointment.

My experiences with the service department have all been great. You can tell they really try to help you out and then follow up with you to make sure everything is okay. This last visit was for a bad battery on my year old truck. I arrived as requested at 8AM and was out at 8:47 AM. That's about as good as it gets.

Do no do business with this dealership! Brand. New truck, month one we can't duplicate the problem! Month 4, call us back and we will try to get you in! Crickets! Still having the problem and am scheduling at another dealer! Stay away!

Update on the review below: The smaller shop charged me $200 for labor. When I took it upon myself to change my other headlight myself, I bought the same pieces and a socket wrench ($85 total) and literally 10 minutes of my time without watching a tutorial video and without help. My mind is blown. If you're a woman or know nothing about cars, I highly suggest doing homework before trusting a company out for money and not your well-being or community. ________It was easy to call and get an appointment set up. That was the only genuine part. I told them what Firestone told me I needed replaced. They told me that Firestone lied about the car not being able to take universal parts and proceeded to take me car knowing it was just needed to find someone who can wire it. When I was dropping off my car they stated it would be 179 just to confirm what Firestone said was true. When I asked about it, the rep told me that he needed to pay for his technicians time to take the headlight off which is at the most 12 minutes and that's WITH a smoke break for 179 without tax?! I later got a text with images of my car without the headlight as if that's proof that the headlight needed to be replaced just as the shop and I stated beforehand. They said it would be 700 when the parts totaled to $70 at the most straight from GM and I'm guessing 600+ for labor for a part that takes maybe one hour to complete. I was able to purchase the parts myself and find a genuine shop to do it under two hours for 1/4 of the price. (later also tricking me into paying for a job a 10 year old child could do!)Dealerships have way too much money to be ripping people off, but than again that's probably why they have so much money! Also, the Lyft drivers they offer for you before and after dropping off you car do not get tipped and will trade the stop to other drivers before someone actually comes and gets you bc they know the dealership doesn't tip.

Want to be charged a fee to have your car diagnosed when you already know what needs to be done ? Then this is your place! Want to be quoted $900 for a 40$ part- then you're at the right place . Run while you can.

I had a great experience bringing my Chevy truck to DeNooyer for service. Chris is an incredibly knowledgeable service advisor and did a wonderful job diagnosing my vehicle's issues. I came in with a quote for $2,200 from another repair shop and I walked out paying under $400 because Chris was familiar with my issue and knew that Chevy had a recall out on the impacted part on my truck. Amazing.

If I could give negative stars, that would be appropriate. This dealership is a complete disaster from sales to service to management.Took six months for my truck to come in, which I understand is not the dealer's fault. But they didn't order my step bars until the day I was schedule to pick the truck up as they "thought they were in stock" and blamed the dealer stocking software. Now they have been on backorder for over a month. These should have been ordered when the truck was ordered, which is the same day I ordered the step bars.Dealer didn't do anything to help, I had to keep asking status. When I was told to speak with parts department, they didn't know where the order was and couldn't tell me anything either.I finally asked for my money back and will order from some place competent.About first service:I had the first service completed by Denooyer and after a few weeks started noticing small oil spots on my driveway. Assuming since the truck was brand new, I kept looking at the wife's vehicle and never found anything. Friday morning I go to the truck and find a massive oil spot on my concrete driveway. The service technician apparently does NOT know how to use a filter wrench and tighten the oil filter. It took 3 turns by hand to snug it up even. Denooyer says they cannot look at it and wanted to tow it to the shop and leave me with no vehicle. Their solution was to make me wait at Mangino Cheverolet so that dealer could run diagnostics for damage and check everything out. So I had to wait 2+ hours there.DO NOT take anything to get serviced here. They are not competent at anything it seems. They didn't even reset the oil and filter when they did service it.

We were in the market for a new car to replace my older one. We tested drove a traverse and loved it. With the pricing of cars now a days we decided to go new. I absolutely love my car. Gianni was phenomenal to work with and the whole staff was just amazing. We will be using them in the future.
