As easy as buying a car can be! Mike was helpful and earnest, even pointing out small flaws I hadn't noticed. No pressure sale and worked with me on the price. He also did all the paperwork - really! And left me with a full tank of gas. Highly recommend Dean for buying a used car in the Albany area.
