The service provided by CVS employees has been consistently poor. The staff members lack education, professionalism, and exhibit discriminatory, rude, and incompetent behavior.

I have never had such bad experience at a cvs store before.
1- I was not greeted.
2- the team member’s facial expression was very unprofessional
3- I asked if passport pictures were being taken, and they reply by grabbing the camera, and walking pass me; I was not directed at all, didn’t know what to do.
4- when I asked to see the pictures they took, they simply ignored me and continued walking to print the picture. Then asked me how many I wanted.
Showed no interest in helping me at all.
I then asked to help me in an isle to get toothpaste, they were not please at all. Opened the door I without looking at me, expected me to grab it, I was unsure of the new procedures at the store, so I’d prefer if they explained it to me.
5- at the checkout, they scanned the 2 items, and without asking me if I wanted to use any coupon, not even mentioning the total. The I told them to use all the available coupons.
6- I noticed he had AirPods on, but didn’t not expect they using their phones while checking out the items.
7- showed no interest in helping or doing the job. I am very disappointed, and won’t be happy to shop there anymore, unless I have to.

This CVS is awful. Everytime I put in a prescription order it gets screwed up. Today the pharmacy called me and told me my script was ready at 5:30, I got ready after dinner and went to pick it up and they said they were our of my drug. This has happened many times or I go to pick up one drug and they tell me I have 4 scripts ready, I'm not on auto refill and didn't order them. Complete incompetence.

Notice; good reviews are old. Recent reviews are overwhelmingly negative!
*Phone AI and False Hours*
Your phone AI's deceit is infuriating. Despite Google Maps stating the pharmacy is open until 10:00, the AI refuses to connect me. This is outrageous! Whether the AI or Google Maps is at fault, it's unacceptable. I now risk going without crucial medication. If CVS fails to correct, I'll have no choice but to seek a trustworthy alternative.

I was there at 7:58 after a hectic work day to pick up medicine, and the person who claimed to be the manager, actually screamed at me! I tried to explain its been a tough day, and to help me out this one time, but there was no human consideration. What kind of person acts this way?

As the local store in a good area, I find this kind of odd that all of the ethnic products are locked up. At first I thought well maybe it’s because they’re more expensive, but after looking I’ve noticed that the higher priced items that are for finer textures of hair are out in the open, why is that CVS? I know as a fact that theft is not high in that store. Looks like a racially motivated move, not ok.

This review is 1/2 for CVS and 1/2 for this particular store. I am 74 and retired on a Medicare advantage plan. Almost all of my prescriptions need to be reauthorized every 6 or 12 months. Some of the prescriptions are the same amount every day and some are "as needed". I've requested that the everyday prescription be refilled automatically every month or every 3 months as appropriate. The other medications should only be refilled at my request. I usually don't need all of the refills allowed for the "as needed medications." CVS can't seem to get this straight. They do things like immediately send me a prescription my doctor has reauthorized even though I still have most of the pills from the prior prescription left and refill "as needed" prescriptions every month until the allowed number of refills has been used up. If these screwups are deliberate instead of just incompetent it's fraud .When I brought this issue to the attention of CVS staff they were rude, insulting and somewhat threatening.

Trying not to complain about the awfully small and awkward parking lot b/c I know the employees can't control that ... BUT. Why the hell does it take over 24 hours to refill a prescription? Guys -- I worked at CVS 20 years ago and I've been a loyal customer since. I've moved several times and have used 4 different CVS stores and not a single one of them took 24 hours PLUS to refill a prescription. What's going on??

This is the worst CVS I've ever been to. You might as well drive 15 mins to a better one cuz you're gonna waste you're time trying to find anything remotely essential in here. Junky and a lot of the junkies come here.
