It’s such a great place and I have nothing but good experiences with the CVS pharmacy especially with the pharmacist but that trans pharmacy tech likes to play games so you better watch out because she picks and chooses. She charged me for a copayment When I spoke to for my insurance company after I left, they told me I have no copayment with any of my medication‘s so like I said, you have to watch out because she is the type. And this is a gay man speaking, want the customers to be so respectful because she think people straight as soon as she gets a idea that you’re gay or she you ask her or you talk to her in a gay terminology her Attitude changes. Yet people want you to talk to them respectfully? But I don’t have to be respectfully I could show everybody else in their respect To get a different type of speech.

I've always had problems with this location to receive medication for my children and myself. It even got to the point my son got very ill and had to get airlifted to another hospital in another state because this pharmacy refused to fill inhalers my son needed! Insurance covers said medication and it definitely wasn't too soon! Here we are 2 months after discharge and they still play with his prescriptions! Please use another pharmacy, not this one!!

So there I was...I arrive at 8PM to the CVS pharmacy, 415 Delaware Ave, on a Wednesday after work to grab a few wares on the way home only to be met at the counter by an associate with this gem already on the tip of his tongue: "sorry. We're not taking cash payments, we close up in 45 minutes." Hahahaha seriously? If I paid by card, I would have heard "sorry. Our credit card machine is down." Guranteed. @CVSPHARMACY should take a careful look at this location. Pathetic. Avoid!!

I have severe anxiety and take several medications for it. This past month this CVS only gave me half of the amount of pills I needed for one of my prescriptions and then refused to correct the mistake they made. The woman I spoke with even hung up on me when I got upset that I couldn’t receive the medicine that they mistakenly did not give me. One of the worst things that can happen to someone with anxiety when trying to get their vital medication. The store is also very dirty and disorganized, so I am not surprised they made this mistake. However, refusing to correct it makes this location somewhere to absolutely avoid. If I had better insurance and could use a different pharmacy I would. 0/0

Absolutely Filthy. When I got my first/second COVID shots last winter, I took the first option I could get as in February it was impossible to find sites. I went to Wyantskill NY (not having every been there before) because CVS was the sole option then available. Waiting for two months to learn of the Moderna booster availability I got a reminder early this week: all the CVS locations were in Albany. Unfortunately, I chose this one as Delaware Avenue was convenient. Walking in I was task oriented but distressed when I saw the vaccination location was two chairs behind a poorly executed makeshift screen. The link I had received on my phone to check in when I arrived didn't work outside or inside the store. The Pharmacist (? White lab coat...) seemed confused, disorganized and wasn't reassuring. I immediately felt anxious about allowing her to administer a shot. My vaccination card for the first two shots is now laminated and she seemed stymied and said "I can't write on that" (duh) to which I responded: "can you provide me another card noting the booster?" (Answer, yes, but I had to pull it out of her. After administering the shot she tried to just give me a print out and I pressed and said I wanted the vaccination card, which eventually I got.) After the shot I needed to sit in the store and wait 15 minutes in case of an adverse reaction; at that point I imagined myself in serious trouble if I needed to rely on these people for any medical assistance. But, as I sat there I was required to look at the store and was immediately seriously appalled, which grew to absolute disgust by how incredibly filthy this store is. Not untidy; it is truly unhealthy as it is grimy and deeply soiled. And, absolutely horrifying is the fact that they sell food. Tomorrow is Halloween and typically discount drug chains have huge amounts of Halloween candy: I needed to buy some for trick or treaters and there was some available, but I noticed how small and inadequate the variety of anything is in this store (it was increasingly obvious it's in an underserved neighborhood.) As I stood at the front counter waiting, and waiting and waiting finally a salesperson dragged herself to check me out. Clearly there is no employee concern about protecting against possible theft. The cashier defined sullen/mumbled and refused to make eye contact. As I left the store my revulsion was increased by the smeared, grimy long established dirt on the glass doors. Nasty. Unless you found yourself in that area in an emergency situation I would strongly recommend that you avoid this store. It's pretty horrifying.

WORST pharmacy staff ever. They are so good at being rude that you’d seriously ask yourself what you did wrong. The truth is it’s not you! It’s them and their bad attitude.

Make sure you watch what you purchase from CVS. A few of them have expired items.I purchased Pepperidge Farm Chessman cookies from here and they were expired by 2 months. I’m assuming that’s why they were on sale.I was able to get a refund, thankfully.
