Clean easy process, helpful staff and great pricing. Climate control modern building with 2 phase security access ( if not on 1st floor) and cameras. Office with supplies for moving 4 wheel dollies (6-8) for on site use.

We were in a bind looking at storage units and knew that we needed one that had climate control, was safe, and above the ground floor. Reserving the unit online was a breeze (which also offered great discounts!) but the true icing on the cake was meeting Jamell who showed us the unit that we initially reserved and a larger one. He broke down every aspect of the rental agreement and was extremely friendly. Highly recommend renting from Cubesmart. And if you run into Jamell - your day is just thst much better.

Horrible experience, don’t sign the electronic rental agreement for this company if you decide to not move in and reach out they will still won’t refund you. How is it that you keep my money for a device and a lock I never touched. Very bad service. This is for the location on 1653 Central Avenue Albany NY 12205. I spoke with the manager and asked if can talk to someone over him and he stated there’s no one higher than him.

We just moved some stuff in recently, but it was a great experience. Building is sparkling clean, they have big awnings over the entrances so we didn't get soaked unloading in the rain, contactless signup was easy-peasy, carts are plentiful and in good condition.

Mandy provided outstanding customer service. She was understanding, patient, and incredibly helpful. The day I went the storage facility is very clean and plenty of parking. Lastly, the prices were reasonable.

The person at the desk explained the whole process involved in obtaining a storage unit. He gave me a map that highlighted the exact location of my unit. All in all the process of obtaining a storage unit was quick and easy thanks to the clear instructions the employee gave me. Awesome service!

Jamel and the Staff at CubeSmart were courteous and professional. Helped to show me the layout and process of entering the bldg and elevator use. Very nice. Great facility!

Clean facility, love that there's carts available for customers to make it a breeze to put stuff in our unit and very helpful employee to answer any questions. Also very bright and perfect temperature to cool us off after any heavy lifting
