Taylor was incredibly professional and thorough in explaining everything I needed to know about my replacement phone. Very friendly, patient, and extremely knowledgeable to make me feel comfortable with my new phone after a phone-ending drop of my old phone. Give her a raise!

I stopped in on my way home from work on Monday 3/18/24 and got help with some glitches that were happening with my iPhone SE. Taylor was super friendly and helpful and fixed what was wrong. She did not try to upsell me anything that I didn't need. I did ask her to replace my cracked tempered glass screen protector. I will definitely be back when I need to upgrade my phone. Cricket has saved my family SO much money on phone plans. I appreciate that this company will let you get just what you need without gimmicks and marketing schemes.

Give Taylor a raise please because her customer service is the most helpful and informative staff ever. Cricket app has been extremely difficult and frustrating to use and pay bills online however I went in stores today and Taylor has been super patient and gave recommendations on what ways I can go about each issues I’ve had. Great service and best service I’ve gotten in a while. She knew everything from the top of her head and super knowledgeable about the ins and outs of this company!

Frank gave me the best customer service! I felt silly, b/c I called they Kiosk 3 times, 1) to hear the price 2) called back for appt 3) to cancel bc something came up and he was nice every time. Sweet heart. Thank you for dealing with my questions ?
