When I arrived to the store he helped me right away and explained the possibility of what could happen. He explained everything he was doing. He was able to dry out my hard drive and the battery. I appreciated his help and he was very nice. My computer was okay and I can use it still thank goodness! If you need help with your computer take it here!”
