One of the most incompetent businesses I've ever worked with in my life. I brought my computer there over a month ago to have a software problem fixed with AMD drivers not working well with windows 11. They couldn't figure out the problem and kept blaming it on a faulty video card (even though the video card worked just fine on windows 10 for 6+ months). To just get my computer back I spent $1500 on a new video card and $300 on a new power supply. I dropped it off and they didn't touch it for 3 days until I called them to check in on it. It should've been a very simple job to swap in the power supply and video card but even giving them over a week they still didn't complete the job. I had to go in and get my computer back and I am now finishing it myself.I should've known what I was in for when I walked in and they're selling cheap tobacco and weed products.Avoid at all costs.

Worst customer service I have experienced in my life. The vice president told me that the owner is probably more worried about his two shops in Albany and Brooklyn closing than helping me. As a professional, we all deal with stress that is no excuse. If you need repairs beware! I'm not surprised the owner is losing business and his stores are closing the way they treat people with all the misinformation and rudeness. Such a shame.

****This review is for the Albany, NY store**** I brought my PlayStation 3 into Computer Answers for a diagnostic and estimate on April 20 because it was not accepting discs. I was told that they would call me with the dianosis and estimate after they had looked at it, would which take at least three days. When I hadn't heard anything in a week, I called, mainly to make sure they had my correct phone number. Again, I was told that someone would look at it and get back to me shortly. Okay, fair enough. A week later, after hearing nothing, I called back. I was told that the tech "has it on his desk" and would get back to me. THREE WEEKS LATER and nothing. I called and spoke to the tech. He said he would look at it and call me "later today." That was on a Thursday. By the following Saturday, I hadn't heard back, so I went in and asked them to just give me the PS3 back. The story is also dirty and the work area is a pile of junk, electronics, and random parts. Other people have mentioned things being lost and broken and I can see why. Your millage way vary but if I were you, I'd take my electronics literally anywhere else.

Great computer repair shop! Very helpful and can fix anything electronic. Thank you so much for the repairs on my device. I'm so glad I can still get more use to help my Dog with his condition.

Avoid these con men, especially Dwayne! I took my laptop there to be repaired, big mistake, and Dwayne said it was the port charger that needed to be replaced, but had to order a part. Charged me $225 and then when the part came in, it turns out it was the motherboard! So I decided to take my laptop without it being fixed and asked for a refund! Dwayne said they will give me in store credit of $65, which is a choice between pot bongs or a few computer accessories. Months later, I decided I have to use up this credit, so I order a small laptop for $225, of which after tax, it came to close to $255 and after my in-house credit, the laptop was around $188. Instead of subtracting $65 from the cost of the laptop, he did after the tax was included. I will never ever step into this clown show of a business!

Does good work at a fair price, but spams you with sales calls and texts afterward. Worth it if you can put up with the annoyance.

They broke my computer when they were repairing a cracked screen. It's been 5 months and they claim they can't find the part. Now they want to try to give me a different computer that's not even same or close to ours. They said they would give me a loaner and they game me a chrome book. Talk about insult to injury. Mine is a costume made $2k computer and you wanna loan me a fourth graders computer. I paid $300 for them to ruin my custom laptop. Find someone with more experience!
