Great Service! They use my name every time I walk in, feels good that they know me! Even during Covid when I wasn't as in as often, they still remembered me!

The staff at this branch is inept. If their ability is a reflection of how the rest of the bank is trained to work with clients during a crisis then senior management should be replaced.

Very rude teller and manager who don't understand what they're doing. They need better training and even more basic than that- simple customer service skills. If you're able to, go to the branch in Colonie by the Staples and Target for much better service and staff who actually know what they're doing and care.
