I went to the Carhartt store in Crossgates Mall, Albany to buy some pants. I found a pair in my size and needed another. Jackie offered to help me, There was not another pair in my size in stock so she showed me a different style that I liked better. While she was ringing up my purchases I changed my mind about the color of one pair so she created a refund and charged it again. Jackie was so cheerful and helpful. She answered all my questions. She's a great asset to your store. Thanks, Jackie!

I've always been a fan of Carhartt as they have held up in my field of work however, it saddens me to see the huge changes they've done with this store. When they first opened, there was a lot more decoration and they even displayed the used and beaten Carhartt's up top (which were donated) to prove the quality of the brand. Now the store is a vast open space that seems very unfamiliar, completely out of place and unwelcoming. I also felt as if I was being rushed, and only spent five minutes in the store while browsing their selection, maybe I just want to see what they have? I would rather shop online.

I had an incredible experience at the store thanks to the exceptional assistance provided by the store ambassador Brody. His knowledge and dedication in helping my husband find a Level 3 warm coat were impressive. He went above and beyond to ensure we found the perfect coat that suited my needs. His friendly demeanor and expertise made the shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. I highly recommend this store, especially with such fantastic individuals like the Brody who prioritize exceptional customer service.

Chris was insanely helpful, very knowledgeable, and a down to earth guy. He helped us pick out boots and explained all the differences and helped choose the perfect fit for my fiancé! The store was also clean and stocked wonderfully. Definitely visit this location and look for Chris!

The store itself is great. We love the Carhartt brand.. however the associates that work there.. are blatantly rude and have terrible customer service.. Specifically the associate Danielle.. she has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The hours listed on Google, their store door and their phone number recording are all wrong.. Every single place the hours are wrong.. it's a shame that not one person has tried to have it fixed or corrected... Employees just state.. it's not their problem.. and advised me to call the corporate office. When I asked for that number the girl stated she doesn't have any idea what it is and she doesn't care to even look. Will be looking for a new Carhartt location as the Crossgates Mall one is filled with rude and poor customer service employees.

Excellent service. Real practical advice and even offered other brands/stores as suggestions. Went with the American made. Remodeled so have a little space to breathe.

The people that worked there are very the only thing was the store needs a big and tall section. I can find everything perfectly online. But I want to try it on in the store..
