“Dear Hoffman team, I wanted to say thank you for helping me remedy an expensive repair... over $1,000 quoted by a local dealership. My passenger side mirror came off in one of your car washes, which shocked staff, as you have your washes calibrated well, never had that happen in one of your washes before. Thus it caused my blind spot technology to not work after being reconnected. I reach out to your offices, and Jena assisted me in getting some help, and Shane came to look at my mirror today, and fixed the problem, the wire connection needed a slight correction. “Prices are good, can get packages, however there is always soap still left on the car, whether it's a door or mirror, or tire. Otherwise, vast majority of the car gets a good shine. Take cash or credit cards at a vending machine right before the entrance, and get a discount if getting gas.”
