The MGR i think ran two spots saw people waiting and ran right over to help us at the other window . GREAT customer service if i could steal this team for the type of business i manage i would . One more thing at 5 am labor day weekend rentals out to road . I left my rental ran in airport, and yet still these woman thru the chaos still smiling and greeted me !! “I don't understand all of the negative reviews for this location. The two guys that are always there are always very friendly and try their best to get you in and out as quickly as possible (though they are sometimes held up by difficult customers). I do think they could benefit from someone else helping clean the cars while they take care of customers, but sometimes they are understaffed and need to do both. I go to this location often for work trips, and they are never out of cars. They also let me park my car in the back of the parking lot unlike other locations. It makes it much easier to pick up my rental without needing a ride to get there. That is why it's my go to location, and I would recommend it to anyone.”
“No issues with picking up the rental or the rental itself. When I dropped off the car the total was noticeably higher than the estimate. Turns out I was just past the late return cut off and was charged an extra half day and a fee. The employee referred me to the manager who did me a favor and took the extra charges off. Good people.”

“Rented through a third party, got the same car class we paid for, line was 10 minutes, staff were pleasant and helpful, car worked well, and there were no surprise charges.Overall very happy with our rental.”
“I arrived at AIA on 06-30-24, at 2:45 PM to learn that, because my husband (Dr. Thomas J. Saporito) had prepaid my car rental using his name and his credit card, the car could not be released to me, according to Budget official policies. (However, a spouse is legally authorized to operate the vehicle under the rental Contract, so this contingent clause appears to be legally inconsistent.)Your Agent, Whitney, took incredible care of me and was able to find a way to get me a new reservation, in my name, with my credit card, at the same price as my husband had prepaid. She was professional, knowledgeable, and worked very hard with her immediate supervisors to help me. The other two Agents were also wonderful. Your team at the inside Budget desk is to be commended for helping me get to visit my Aunt before she died. Thank you for having employed these women. They are a credit to your Company. Denise O.
