I could not be happier with the service I recently received from Capital DistrictSupply. After being contacted, as a result of making a web site wish list, I was able to conclude my business within a few days. My salesman, Kenny, was an outstanding representative for the business. Friendly, professional, polite and most importantly helpful. I have lived around the corner from this business for years but always opted for the big box stores. I never thought that my one item purchase would be treated with the same attention as the big contractors purchases. I was wrong. Great experience going there. The guy in the parts department was patient, helpful, and explained the fix to me that I've been struggling to find the right part for. I highly recommend going there for plumbing supplies instead of a large hardware store.

Just want to send out a huge thanks to Arlene Hall for going above and beyond for me and my company in a time of need. I had picked up a boiler for a customer with no heat, got on the job and found out it was badly damaged. I called capitol to see if they had another one on a day they were very short staffed. Arlene took my call and asked how she could help. Not only did she locate another unit but she had it delivered to me on the job within a few hours! That is exceptional customer service and she deserves to be recognized for it. I have shopped capitol for over 20 years and I can say all of the staff is great but Jim & Arlene are terrific and the reason I will always bring my business here. They both go out of their way to help every time. Thanks again Arlene!!!!

We ordered a faucet for a whole kitchen renovation in November 2020. The project is starting in two weeks (February 14) and the faucet was still on backorder. Kenny Brown used his network to locate a faucet and have it shipped to Capital District Supply. He went the extra mile and we appreciated it.
