The owner of this shop, Bines, is so wonderful. From the moment I came in he gave me a warm welcome and fixed my phone in only 20 minutes. Bought an Otter box case & headphones for my iPhone XR, the headphones keep clicking and do not work correctly . And the otter box case doesn’t fit correctly at all . I would like to receive a refund but I lost my receipt and they no longer answer the phone

Hi. What a great helpful guy, very profesional . Had a few problems,that was my fault for not reading the guide like must of people ignore but after pluging the phone to my pc, updated drivers ,rebooted pc and everything went great with no problems.

Experience with Flashy phones has nothing but excellent!!! These guys are precise, to the point and very good at customer service. I had tried previously some other web sites for my S10 and for iphone 11pro max. if you have samsung any model just go to flashyphones, pay, select the time of your choice for work to be done remotely and that's it. The rest will be taken care of. Even after you pay and have some issues these guys will take care of you without any excuses.

Found them online and had my samsung S9 unlocked a while ago and thought it to be very expensive considering you have to do 90% of the work, but you do not know what you have to do until you paid for the service and if you accidentally miss a step you get attitude from them. I was told that this would make my phone work anywhere......NOT true, travelled to the states and when I got there the phone did not work. Sent an email to them about the problem and they told me I need to factory reset my phone....in the middle of my trip!!. Also at least once a week the phone stops working telling me I am not registered on the network....I gotta wait 5 minutes or so and it works again. Waist of money.

I paid and set up my appointment for the next day. I downloaded everything in the How to, was on the last thing and my phone rang, 20 min after I paid and set up the appointment for the next day. He was very polite and offered to do mine right then. I was way excited and ready!!! Since I had followed instructions and have everything downloaded and done, it took about 15 min and my phone was done and we were off the phone. I highly recommend anyone trying to do this, to try these guys. 100% guaranteed work and very polite and official.
