Meghan is great! The service was OK but it took four hours and I didn't get the back of my car washed because apparently they had new people there. I've lived in many areas of the country and had Volvos for years, and this waiting room is Uncomfortable and tiny. The chairs are old with big dents in them where you sit in the room is tiny. Toyota has better waiting rooms than this luxury car building. I don't get it.

My husband and I had a great experience working with Selena. While some consultants still try to pressure customers, that is not the case here. The trade number on our truck was more than fair, they were willing to fix various items on the truck we were buying, and they made the signing of paperwork simple. The powertrain warranty that McGovern includes on their used vehicles was an amazing bonus! You'll also find a bottle of bubbly in your car upon delivery. ?

I found the car I was searching for, emailed to confirm it’s availability .. Todd emailed back it was not. I was disappointed but moved on with my search. I received another email from Todd shortly after saying it had become available. I set up what the salesman said I needed to do to secure the car. Deposit (I thought was given, he never ran the card. Had he, the car would have been mine) filled out application and waited. After no word I email the salesman. He sent an email telling me to call Olivia.. I did right away. She says the car is sold.. and not to me. I am at this point pretty ticked off. They wasted my time and energy not to mention ran my credit. I do not recommend this dealership. Worst experience.

I recently bought a genesis sv70 at McGovern auto. I have had about ten Volvos and was always very pleased with them. But I must say this car is really nice. Having the dealership close by now is a real game changer. At first learning the ins and outs of the controls is a little daunting, but my salesman, Jason Blake, has been great. He took the time and patience to lead me through the controls and answered my calls promptly.The car drives like a dream!

Second vehicle purchased at McGovern. This is our first Volvo and Giorgio was so great to work with- taught us a lot about Volvos and was a pleasure to work with. John was also awesome and got us on and out quickly. Overall excellent experience. Highly recommend!

Just WOW. All I can say is if you are in the market for a car, go to Chris Dollard. From the very start he was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He was sympathetic toward my situation and stopped at nothing to find me a gem of a deal! Not only did this man advocate for me while I was dealing with a nightmare of an insurance situation, but he PHYSICALLY tracked down my missing plates to make my car buying experience as smooth as possible. He went above and beyond in every aspect and I cannot recommend his services enough! Chris Dollard and McGovern Volvo for the win!
