Since the merge with the two credit unions Ive had nothing but issues with my accounts. Fraud issues, etc. The last one was I disputed a charge on my visa. After calling and telling them I can see the withdraw pending and to please stop it they said it has to go through completely. I can't understand why they couldn't block it right there. So as requested I filled out multiple forms and received a response saying I have to print out the forms and fax them over or mail them! so many forms We are retired, who has a fax machine in their house and if they received the paperwork why don't they print it out I have to find another credit union

Having only had an account for 6 months, I was surprised to find out 2yrs+ later that they gave me a black mark. When I called to find out why, they could not give me a sufficient explanation. NOT DUE TO THE RECENT MERGER, she had all the files there. No notice, no explanation, no reason why. Hope it improves after the merger but I'm sure that will take time to sort itself out. Stay away.

Holy Cow they've totally abandoned their customers. Whole family been members for many yrs. Now leaving. So are my friends. Way too many issues to list. Everything is broken. EVERYTHING. They say they want to help understand the problems but we've TRIED so many times and can't get anyone with any authority. Get transfered ENDLESSLY back & forth between bank and 3rd party. Both saying we have to call the other. SIMPLE tasks once done can no longer be done. I'm calling for their investigation by state and federal agencies. They need to be fined and/or shut down & Execs arrested

I don't even want to give them 1 start DO NOT BANK HERE!! I was a member for 13 years. They treat people horrible. Their customer service is horrible. They never want to reverse fees even if you are in the right. Bunch of crooks! $28 fees for a $.45 cent charge. I have left them for good and will never return and will always tell people the truth about them.

Wow, CAP COM is not the bank I once knew. Been member for over 40 years, too many issues with checks and overdraft fees, and can't even get into my account, verification is rediculous. If I could give a zero 0 rating I would. CAP COM should have never done the merger with BROADVIEW. Im gonna clear my accounts by summer and go somewhere else.

I have been a member since CAP CAP first opened up over 40 years ago, and I have never had so many problems with bank over drafts and fees, and trying to verify I'm the account holder, etc. This has been the most difficult and inconvenient banking experience ever. I'm gonna clear my accounts this summer and go elsewhere. CAP COM should have never done that merger with SEFCU, BROADBAND. I would give a zero 0 rating if I could. Oh I forgot, NY is a lockdown state, with all the dumb libtards running everything now.

ATM not working or not available. Bank employee not friendly or helpful. If your 24 hour ATM isn't available you should put a sign up next to your directions to it. Big branch but useless.

Was able to provide exceptional service for credit card. I would recommend them as they are improving and expanding to a new brand called Broadband. I have been a member for over 20 years.

Very disappointed with my experience. I have been a loyal member for over 15+ years but not for much longer. The bank made two errors with a transfer resulting in two NSF fees. Capcom tried to pull from an account that was different than the one directed (also confirmed by other party). This cost me the two fees plus over $1500 on the other end. After a string of calls they refunded only one and essentially said "tough luck" on the other.I can't imagine the shortsightedness of missing out on continuing to make thousands in interest annually loaning out a members money, with fractional reserve banking, because you wont work with a member with a small fee. I'm sure another institution will be super happy to take and lend my money for profit.Sad because Capcom was a great choice for years but has been degrading in recent years. This is not the only error like this that I have experiences.Edit: I'm imagine a "thank you for sharing your feedback, we'll take a look into what may have happened." response will not be followed up further.

Well Capcom, after 15 years it's been real but it's time to find a bank that even pretends to try for their customers. This is not the Capcom that used to be customer oriented.. I contacted them about an unauthorized transaction on my account and was told that I would have to wait until Tuesday to get it resolv Supporting their customers during the holiday shopping season is not at all a priority to them. They farm out all of their services to third parties now to companies who simply don't care!

Should be zero stars if I can. Avoid this bank like frauds. Not taking care of their customers at all... Got charged by this fraudulent bank for NSF fees twice when the amount I tried to withdraw is within the actual balance. Don't care and don't refund. Don't even at least refund one of the charges... huge fraud... Please help yourself and bank with other more reputable names!!

I didn't catch his name but at about 4pm on Nov 11th I was helped by a man at one of the front desks, he helped me GREATLY and probably saved my life by solving an issue I had with my account and it was right before the bank was going to close. I've never had a bank employee be this helpful, Thank you!

They are nice when you first open an account, then downhill from there! They have locked my debit card twice within 2 weeks. It is MY money, I should be able to access my money when I want it. Poor customer service, they treat you like a number. I am sure they have some good employees but they sure have some bad ones too!! If you can, go somewhere else.

I have been banking with CapCom for about 20 years now. In the last 3 months, they have negatived my account over $6000, causing me to bounce a check, rejected several online deposits, and refused to take accountability for their mistakes. Mergers are painful. I will give them a couple of months to sort their stuff out. If they don't get their act together, I will pull all of my accounts from here and go elsewhere. I cannot continue to spend hours checking up on my bank who cannot add 1+1 to make 2. It took 3 phone calls and a Supervisor to get the $6000 back into my account, and they STILL didn't believe me!! Common Core math is failing the NY banking system terribly. Stop making banking difficult. Make things easy, and everyone will be happy again.
