We brought my autistic 4 year old to build a bear for the first time today. Erica did absolutely amazing with him, most people have difficulty interacting with him, and she really made us feel comfortable and safe. She deserves a raise.

First time in a build a bear workshop and we had an AMAZING experience. We went in for my daughter’s 1st birthday bear and she LOVED it. Cat was AWESOME, she walked us through the whole process, and was so friendly and patient with my daughter! Thank you!

Be & having us do this funny this to put love into the bear. We got matching ones , scented & voice note. I just wished they would let us put what we want if we’re passing for our like tf!!!!! But anyways definitely wished I could have experienced this when I was an actual child. The scent that we chose only lasted like a week still with it tho tbh , we also got matching shoes soo cute. The place was hella expensive but again WORTH IT. We got the axolotl & lemme tell you they are not that cute or easy to dress at least to me & my friend. ?? (also enjoy the puppy being a baby) he was scared of the big baddddd malllll?

The employee who helped me stuff my animal did great! But when I went to check out a bear marked as 50% off, they told me that's not the one that was, only SELECT ones, but is was marked, it was the last one, and it was in the bin with a 50% off tag. But when I showed them the sign they fixed it but did not compensate me. The first time I'm upset leaving a build a bear over unfair pricing at checkout.

Signs in front and in store were misleading as to sale going on, even though we spoke to sales people on the floor we did not find out our items were excluded from the sale. When we questioned it at the register it was a not on those bears.

Fun store which helps you pick your next stuffed best friend. Large variety of options with stuffed animals, clothes and accessories. Computer stations help you print birth certificates. Staff are exceptional at helping you get just the right amount of stuffing in your new friend and can even help you dress them in their new outfit. Fabulous experience!

Friend got a free bear for her birthday! Never knew that existed. She's from out of town, but being by the mall for school, we took all the birthday opportunities and the workers there were super friendly. Lots of aesthetic customization options, AND even it's own voice.

I had a super fun time at build a bear!! This is the bear I made!! I put Cardi b’s voice singing I don’t cook I don’t clean in it!! It’s perfect!!! Thank you build a bear for an amazing experience as always!!!!
