It does the job if you have no access to a tub for your dog. However the only thing that works is the water. Thats a ripoff. 10$ for 10 minutes of water be so for real. It should be half off seeing as though the amenities dont even work. 5$ and I would go back just for the water.

I came to Broadway on the recommendation of a friend to get my car looked after taking it the dealer. They got my car in and found the issue quickly at a reasonable price.

Only thing that worked was the water. Had to bring my own dog shampoo. The dryer didn’t work at all. Not worth it. $10 for 10 minutes…

I scheduled an oil change and the business seemed very good. I was there about 10 minutes early and there were two people at the front and neither one of them addressed me. The one gal was on the telephone got finished and just kept shuffling papers and playing with stuff and the other gentleman was just standing there doing whatever he was doing. I'm not even sure. In any event I stood there for about a minute to a minute and a half totally unnoticed. I'm not sure how that could happen because I'm not the smallest person in the world. In any event I turned around and walked out and no one even said excuse me sir I'm sorry how can we help you. I would have given them no stars but I had to give a star. I would not recommend bringing your vehicle to this business.

Terrible! Do not bring your dog here. 10 dollars for 10 minutes and not a single soap or disinfectant or anything worked. I could fan the dogs dry faster than the blow dryer. Only thing that worked was the water. So basically if u want to pay 10 dollars to use an inconsistently warm garden hose for 10 minutes then have at it but I will not be returning.

I'd give it 0 stars if that were an option. I called and made an appointment to have a new tire placed on my 2019 sedan. I came with a brand new tire purchased from the tire rack to replace my front right tire, I was informed that it would be $ 32.50 for the mechanic to put the new tire on the right front side. I also asked about prices for tire rotation as I thought, since I am getting the front tire replaced anyway on the right side, I about rotating the left side and I was informed that it would be 17.50 which is half of the cost for the rotation. Lastly I needed a plug in my left rear tire-, I wsa told no problem they would repair the tire as well. All was great, I made a plan to drop the car off and was in no particular rush to get it back. The following day, I called in the afternoon, paid over the phone and arranged a ride to pick the car up later that night. When I picked up the car the following evening, when I got home I reviewed my bill. I noticed that I was charged the $32.50 for putting the new tire on the right front that I purchased from the tire rack, which is okay/- however then I was charged an additional $17.50 for "Tire rotation" on the "right side"- I was like huh? This has to be a mistake...and if it is not that would mean that the mechanic, removed the bad tire on the front right side and than replaced the tire with the new one I brought and than remounted the new tire on the front right side $32.50, than took it off again to rotate the front and back tire on the same side thus causing a need to charge another $17.50 for the SAME side? I thought, this cant be- not in the same transaction? I could totally see if I brought the car there had the tire put on, paid the 32.50 came home and decided a week later I wanted the tires rotated- which would then cost me an additionally 17.50 to do so -totally understandable but two charges, for the same side in the same transaction- again I thought this has to be a mistake. Maybe they rotated the left side and this is an error in the paperwork- so I will call and find out. Prior to calling, I also noticed that the left side was not rotated as the tire that was plugged was still on the left rear, where it was originally prior to having the tire repaired I thought, okay this has got to be an error in the charge than- let me call and find out. Sure enough I called and explained the situation and asked specifically about the left side rotation as that was originally what I asked for when I first made the appointment- as I was already replacing the right front tire with a brand new tire. I was informed that it is not in my best interest to have a tire that is plugged on the front so he did not rotate that side. very similar to how I am explaining it now and well- I was told that the bill is correct and that he rotated the right side so he charged me for it- despite me pointing out what I was told in my original phone call. At the end of the day 17.50 it's not the end of the world- but it's disheartening to have pay $17.50 for rotation of the right side that I did not even request in my original conversation to make an appointment which was to have a new tire (that I would bring) put on, to have one tire plugged and one side rotated. But what is even more of a disgrace is that I was charged essentially for the same service through two different avenues in the same transaction. I am in the middle of requesting a refund with this company to further address this issue if the company makes good on this, I will certainly update this review as I only aim to provide an accurate reflection of my experience.

This shop and its staff extended itself above and beyond what we ever could have imagined - and, on a holiday weekend, no less! This past Friday afternoon, my car overheated as we headed upstate on 87. We really thought our much needed escape from the City would be ruined, as most shops had already closed. Triple A towed us to Broadway Auto at 1PM ( just as they were about to leave early for the long holiday weekend). My heart sank, fearing our weekend was ruined as I figured that they would not have time to take care of us. Boy, was I wrong. Despite delaying the start of their weekend, they made us feel welcome and told us that they would do everything to save OUR weekend! They literally stopped everything to check out our car and fix our thermostat immediately. The price was very reasonable, but, what really got us was how they stopped everything (including their own holiday weekend plans) to save ours. Thank you so much, Broadway Auto Clinic!!!

I took my car for an oil change and inspection. They failed the car claiming the brakes couldn't pass despite my brother just looking at them shortly before when he changed tires and a wheel bearing. His friend (who was and is likely still also a certified inspector) also looked at them and stated they were passable when my brother changed the pads and rotors today. Short story: they thought they could get me for a brake job, but we're wrong. Do not go here. Their inspection license should be suspended.

I originally went to Broadway Auto Clinic because of the good reviews and the fact I wanted to support a local mom and pop shop. I should've paid more attention to the bad reviews. I called, made an appointment and clearly stated what model car I had + what services I was looking to have done. When I came in for my appointment was when things started to go wrong. About an hour into my wait they informed me (only after I looked at the manager while she was whispering to the mechanic working onMy vehicle) that they didn't have the correct oil filter and I should've told them my car model ahead of time. I did, I directly asked her when I made the appointment if they were familiar with a 2019 Jetta GLI with the third gen TSI engine, to which I received a yeah, yeah response. I have had issues with other mechanics not being familiar with the new engine and certain quirks of this particular model, but they assured me they were familiar with this model and could handle the service. First off, there is no excuse for making me wait an hour for an oil change, then wait to tell me I have to tell me I have to wait even longer for a part and then charge me triple for that part. In any situation like this with at any other service center/mechanic I would've been asked if I could've waited. I had an oil change and a tire rotation performed and was given a total of 180.00. They explained that the cost was down to the full synthetic oil and the German filter. Let me be clear, the full synthetic oil they used does cost 10.00 more than standard synthetic, it was the Penzoil 5W-30. However, they charged me for the service (39.99) + three times the cost of the oil (60.00) + filter + drain plug. That is the definition of price gouging. If I wanted to pay this much for a simple oil change, I would've taken it to Audi. Not only did they price gouge me, they used non-recommend oil for my car. Using the job-spec oil is known to cause oil dilution in these engines. How could they screw this up? It clearly states on the big sticker 0W-20. When I called to try and resolve the situation, I was told I was wrong and that they wouldn't even consider fixing the mistake for cost. I might have believed them when they stated, "...this is a better oil for your car" if they had been consistent in their knowledge of my vehicle, but you can't state you're not familiar with my vehicle, and then subsequently state that you know more about my vehicle than myself or VW. Several days later my vehicle's mpg started to drop by 5 mpg and the engine was operating at higher than normal temp. I wasn't going to fight with these people again, so I had to take it to the dealer and have the oil change done again. These people are charlatans. Stay far away. If you need VW service I would recommend the dealer or Hackles in Albany. I was willing to work with them to fix the problem and even cover the cost of parts/oil again. Instead of working with me they blamed me at every turn like a child, these people are infants who happed to get a business loan. I don't blame the technicians or mechanics, this is down to the shoddy owners and management.Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Amazing. Can't believe this place exists, what a great idea. You guys should look into a skunk wash.
