Absolutely LOVE this location. Staff is so pleasant. I leave smiling every time I go. It is clean and the product placement looks great. The cash wrap area is never a mess either. It’s really an awesome shopping experience. I greatly appreciate my interaction with the store manager last week. He may not have known but I was really struggling. Thank you.

The two workers I had today were amazing! They were talkative, bright personalities as well as helpful and fun. This is my favorite Box Lunch to visit.

Staff are friendly and helpful. It's reminiscent of Hot Topic, but more on a nerdy/anime theme. You can find Studio Ghibli items, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, etc.Minus a star because the quality of the t-shirt I bought was not what you would expect for the price (the overall design is what sold it for me). But I'm a DINK, it was for a gift anyway, and YOLO.

Always wonderful staff when coming here. I don't know their name, but they have short orange hair and wear glasses, an amazing employee! Always look forward to seeing the familiar face! :)

Cute store with a wonderful selection of pop culture items. Somewhat pricy, but they have a great reward program and good sales. A++++

Fun store. A little pricey, full of fandom stuff for all ages. They mostly have Ghibli, major anime, or Disney stuff. I was surprised to find stuff for less common shows like Fruits Basket! The employees always are really nice and outgoing.

Kind of expensive, but a lot of their products do seem to be a much higher quality than what you normally get at mall stores selling movie/cartoon/anime/sci-fi merchandise. I don’t buy here often, but it’s always worth checking out.
