I want to thank Bob Lapointe for everything he has done for my family and I. Before I was referred to Bob I was going from lender to lender. Most lenders to tell me "your pre-approved " but when it come down to putting in the hard work they would turn me away. When I was referred to Bob. He answered my call right away. He took a detail intake and started working on my case. Bob worked day and night. He took his time to ensure we had everything needed. I have never met some one who would take my calls day/night even on the weekends. One day I had him on the phone for 2 hours going over my case and explaining the process of where I stood and where I was going. While working with Bob I never felt worried or nervous. I knew I was in great hands. Bob proved himself over and over. He was patient, passionate and understanding. You can see Bob definitely put his all into what he does. Bob Lapointe thank you for all you have done for my family and I. You got us to the finish line and because of that I'm in my forever home. To anyone looking for a lender please go contact Bob.

Bob was a great advisor, So very personable. Gave things in great detail and could easily simplify the stuff that went over our heads. I almost feel like I could sell real-estate with the wealth of knowledge, confidence and understanding he gave us. Bob and his team were so easy to work with. They are very thorough and kind, and what really helped us in this competitive market was his personal reach-out to the listing agent to emphasize our qualifications and terms; I have never had a broker do that! With 5 offers, we got ours accepted! What the crazy thing is, we were not the highest offer either. You absolutely could not go wrong with this amazing team. Out transition from New Hampshire to New York, could not have gone better.

From start to finish Bob understood the urgency of my needs. He took the time to explain items to me that I wasn't familiar with via several different measures (text, email, video). I was unsure if someone was as detail oriented as me who prefers to move swiftly but with accuracy, and Bob checked all of those boxes. I would and will highly recommend Bob to everyone I know!

Bob LaPointe and his team at Movement Mortgage made the experience of being first time home buyers for my husband and I as efficiently, timely, and stress free as possible!! From our first conversation with Bob, to the last, we were always treated like his only client, and always got quick return calls and messages whenever necessary. Bob did a conventional renovation loan for us through Movement Mortgage. Those loans aren't as common and Bob was one of the few who dealt with them. There's a lot of moving parts, a lot of phone calls, a lot of estimates, and a lot of stress. Bob helped me through all of this. I can't stress enough how knowledgeable he is. On top of that he is also good at breaking everything down so you understand exactly what is needed/expected. I struggled at certain points of the process where I needed more clarity or advice on how to go about getting renovation estimates. He was always there day/night for even an hour long call to go over things.Great guy to work with and even just to talk to. I highly recommend him for anyone buying a home for the first time (or any home loan!). Thanks a ton Bob for helping me out, I Hope I get to chat with you again soon!
