Tire service is terrible due to understaffing. Website appointment system is wrong and it took 3 weeks to get an appointment. Understaffed and the front desk worker spent all the time talking to the tire tech or doing something else. Propane sales delayed tire installation. 1.5 hours to install tires and no one there before me.

If there are high consumption items on your list this is the place to go. Water, seltzer, diet sodas are a basic staple in our home. BJ undersells area super markets cost for Fiji Water, Pellegrino, Diet Pepsi, La Croix. If you are in a hurry to put a gathering together, the variety of hors d'oeuvres are available at a fraction of what you would pay elsewhere. Pool supplies have increased in price everywhere. Basics such as chlorine, algae treatment and pool shock will save you money and let you enjoy your pool without the stress of cost. If you become a member the price of gasoline will almost always be ten cents per gallon less or more. The store provides support for seniors and disabled and has a reasonable number of motor chair shopping carts. I am particularly grateful for this. These are the reasons why I shop at BJ's. I don't operate a restaurant or coffee shop that could avail itself of tremendous bulk shopping, but if you do then this is your place.

It's been many years since I'd been to this BJ's, and I can't remember why I came here frequently in my pre-Yelp days. Maybe because it was the first BJ's in the area? Its age is showing, unfortunately. Plusses, still, for having gas pumps and a liquor area, but they can only compensate for so much. This store is arranged much differently than many of the other BJ's to which I've been lately, and not in what I'd consider a logical pattern. Luckily the signs above each aisle are correct (that's not always the case in some stores). I also realize that because they buy in bulk, they won't always have exactly what you want, but here that seems to be a lot more frequent. Only 2 brands of bars of soap? The vitamin/supplement section wasn't that great either. Self-checkout isn't great either. Instead of each station having a conveyor belt, you have an area on which you can pace items from your cart after you've scanned them. These were wet and dirty - they need maintenance a lot more often. With talk that the planned Costco is moving forward again, whoever owns/manages this particular BJ's really needs to get their act together if they don't want to lose business.

Both my husband and I got our glasses done at bjs and it's been almost a year now and my husband is still having problems with his glasses and sun glasses. With his regular glasses he sees everything short and the sun glasses was supposed to be polarized so that he can see in the night as well but that's not happening. He took it back twice and the guy at the counter kept telling him he has to keep on wearing it so his eyes gets adjusted.I don't know how much longer he has to wear so as to get adjusted. It's a big rip off ...very disappointed

SLOOOOOWEST customer service ever. Five or six employees walking around behind the desk, only one is actually dealing with customers. If the line is longer than one person, plan on standing there for at least 20 minutes. Makes you wonder why during the renovation they had eight computers set up...

This store has the rudest nastiest employees i've ever met in my entire life. It's like they just graduated middle school with their lack of respect & lack of help. Not only was not one single employee useful, they were all just straight out RUDE!!!!! I'm sorry but DONT work customer service if you can't have a positive attitude for your work shift. Unreal, do better BJs.

Listen I am grateful they are here and open during the pandemic. But they aren't the only ones going through it. The employees are rude. They need to check their attitudes at the door. Some of us have also lost family members to covid. I have. And I don't need an attitude from a worker at a warehouse. I didn't give one. And did I mention this was my first time there. I was like a kid in a candy shop until checkout. I was told they can't manually put in a food stamp card because what if it's not yours? Well huh then take one minute and ask me for ID. That solves that. And "corporate" just changed it. Ugh stupid corporate. They always do that stuff just before I get there. They better watch their attitudes. Because there will be someone who will put them in their place. They lost this family.

This one employee works by the entrance, sitting at the "wipes/cleaning supplies for carts" table is extremely rude. She literally told my mom what to do such as to use the wipes when my mom was halfway reaching out to the cleaning spray bottle. After my mom threw the wipes in the trash can, this employee says:"good girl " to my mother like she's training a dog. My mom barely speaks English but I heard the whole conversation bc I was standing not too far from them. This employee knows she was being rude too because when I threw her a dirty look after what she said to my mother, she had a reaction.

It's just equivalent to a bad Costco store. Maybe a very bad one. Their pickup is a joke which doesn't allow to purchase regular grocery items as they can be only bought as same day delivery for 15$/ delivery. The store had end to end lines for check out, this is pretty bad during the COVID season.

Be careful, this establishment is not accepting cash at certain registers, like the tire / propane filling department! I called to see if they were open and was told yes, nothing else, so I went there to get my propane tank filled.. I pulled in, the gentleman met me outside(was very courteous) filled my tank, I went inside to pay and it was at that point I was informed that I couldn't pay with cash... So now I have a $30 overdraft charge for a $13 fill...! They should really advertise this inconvenience online or outside of their store or someplace other than the register so people like me don't get screwed out of their hard earned money!!!
