Everyone at Beck Furs is AMAZING. I sent them a fox jacket that was around 30 years old with lining stains and yellowed fur and it is like a new jacket I am so happy with the results. Also their prices are fair and they are so nice to interact with. I am highly recommending them!!

When my mother became ill, she told me that she wanted me to have her mink coat. Since she passed away in 2005, it had been hanging in my closet until I brought it to Beck Furs late last fall. I wanted some advice on what to do with it. I knew I'd never wear it as it was, but it is so special to me that I didn't want it just hanging in a closet. I was given many, many ideas on what could be done and eventually decided to cut it short, taper the arms, remove the puffy 1980s shoulders, and add a reversible quilted lining. Now I have a beautiful reversible coat that I can wear throughout the cold winter and enjoy frequent hugs from my mom whenever I put it on. Thank you so much, Beck Furs!!

Headline: This business was established in 1934, but only has less than 10 Google Reviews? Huh.Body: I cannot believe places like this still exist! I was shook when I saw this establishment while touring NY. Leave the animals out of this - go buy fake fur and save some money (as well as a life). We're inhabitants of Mother Earth and we already do enough animal cruelty around the world and treat it like it's ours for the taking.I will NEVER shop here and I encourage others to do the same.

I bought a fur coat many years ago, and continue to have it kept there during the summer. The women are very helpful and friendly and whenever I've had small tears in the pelts, they sew them up so you would never notice anything had ever happened . I think they are a jewel in the capital district. I get compliments every time I wear the coat and it is now 16 years old.

I ran into an emergency when my local furrier in PA did not fix the tear in my fur coat time for my Christmas vacation. Where I am going it is below-zero temps. I called ahead of time explaining my situation and they were very accommodating and were able to fix my fur in one day (thank you so much). Now I will be able to go on vacation while looking classy and glamorous.

I bought Japar fur boots there they are the best boot I ever bought. Super warm, supportive fit, and a sole with traction. Gorgeous!! The service is exceptional, the sales staff very knowledgeable and helpful. The Best!
