Bath & Body Works has been the store where I have purchased hand soap for many years. Unfortunately, this location is an hour from where I live. Yet, I am able to stock up due to the sales. It is convenient that it is located in the mall.

Shopping here on a busy day in December, especially when there is a big sale going on, probably isn't the best time to evaluate a business. But given the deep discounts I got on various products I purchased here as holiday gifts, I certainly won't complain. But what I will wonder is just how much the merchandise is regularly marked up to give you that sense of getting a deep discount (like a lot of department stores do, such as "you know who" at the north end of this mall). They don't have a large selection of men's products, but what they do carry, I like. I wish that they made it as easy to navigate through the store as they did to stand in line at the cashier counter in the back. I feel like I'm navigating through a mini representation of the streets of Boston! Of course, it could be intentional, to try to get customers to see as many products as possible on the shelves. But in general, shopping here is a good experience... decent products and a very friendly staff.
