I had the worst experience on Friday 8/25/2023. A white male representative did not help me. In a blue devil suit. I was late for an appointment. Spoke to someone on the phone. Before I got there buy cab. I only needed to sign a document and prove who I was for a business checking account. With Identification,He was very Rude and unprofessional. He pretty much threw me out. Instead of helping me. Reminds me of Slavery days what black people went through. Now modern day Slavery. I wish black Wall Street was still Around.

Have only used the walk-up ATM, and it's always worked quickly and without issue. The machines even ask how you want the bills, so that you can select the distribution and not receive all 20s; not all of them do that. Will have to use the live inside Teller soon for the first time, so hoping the experience is positive.

I love BOA but I am wondering why are so many local branches closed? Switching banks is near effortless and anyone can get vaccinated now. 12 year olds can get vaccinated now. There is zero reason for any branch to be closed. Soon I'm gonna have to switch banks. Sad.—If supermarkets and liquor stores never shut down I find it hard to understand why a bank would.

I went today ( 03/19/2021) on drive thru I am waiting there almost 20 minutes there no body come for help. One guy was sitting inside near the window he just watching me.

Seriously. No one at any branch can meet with you and set up a checking appt. I went to the branch in our town, closest okay, understandable, went to the one down the street, (All I wanted to do was set up a checking account !) The "Financial guy" (as he said) was clearly only interested in finding out how much money we had, what I did for a living, what my husband did.. but said 4 times how he wasn't "allowed in the cashier line" (hence- he didn't want to get out of his chair) .. and could not make me a follow up appt bc he was "too busy", maybe if he just did what the customer asked and didn't keep me there for 4 times as long as news be he would have more availability for serving people. Now I am trying to reach an ACTUAL PERSON at the branch and forget it. No one can help you when you go there and no one can answer the phone. NO WAY IS THIS MY NAMK OF CHOICE. NO WAY EVER. NEVER. EVER.

I don't understand how this financial institution can remain in business. I went to take out a withdrawal and the bank said I had to call ahead to take out a larger sum of cash. First of all it was not that much and I had them call around till they found a branch that could give me the cash. Who'd a thought a bank would not have money!!! And forget setting up online banking. I tried setting up my account to pay my auto loan. Took three months and 4 people to finally get access. Apparently they are not in a rush to get their money either which must be why they don't have it at the branch!!!!!

I go to this bank twice if not three times a week, during the week when the bank is not busy the customer service is prompt and very friendly. If you go to this bank on a Friday or a Saturday, around 11am they only ever have 1 teller behind the counter and the line is typically 7 people long with cars also waiting at the window. They also have a person who just stood by the door greeting, whom I know can also be a teller because he has helped me at the counter before. The tellers are always friendly to the customers and typically apologetic, but the management really needs to schedule more tellers on Friday and Saturday mornings when they are the busiest.
