The front door to use the ATM after hour has been broke for over a month. It's like they refuse to fix it. You can't get nobody on the phone to call them and ask when we can expect it to be fixed, there's not that many Bank of America ATMs in the city and they take one out of service

I Always come here and usually I’ll have my debit card. But I am waiting for a replacement so I went in the bank to take out my money and all I’ve ever been asked for was ID if I don’t have my debit card. This lady PATRICIA had me take extra steps FOR NO REASON and I got racist vibes from her. So if you’re a colored person watch out for PATRICIA in the first booth.

Thé worst bank manager everShe have a nasty attitude like someone did something to her she refused to give me a statement saying I’ve paid my balance and she tried to put the mixed kid working there against me but I didn’t entertain it she need to be fired,I was at sefcu prior coming there for the same thing and I was treated so nice and got what I need itBut this bank manager is a joke she is not qualified for the job ,,she started arguing with me horrible service,and there was this Mexican guy trying to cash he’s check she keeps looking at him shaking her head she need need to be fired before they a get a lawsuit the lady manager and the mixed kid that was working on 7/26/22 horrible

Manager Emily was rude and unprofessional. She is not customer friendly in the expectations of what I know “Bank Of America” standards to be. If Bank Of America wanted to keep customers It would be in their best interest to put her in the back where she does not have to deal with customers of whom are the reason she is even able to be employed by Bank Of America.... We Are The People who sustain your lucrative business. Please remember this while you keep people employed.

This Bank of America branch its the worst place to do banking because of employees like Javier R Cuevas the bank its loosing customers incompetent rude disrespectful i guess thats why this branch its always empty sorry Bank of America you just lost another customer...

Refusing service. Refused to cash a check cut from their establishment.. Claiming their policies does not allow it, reaffirmed by Aron after calling back the branch.. Meanwhile the next branch cashed it no problem.. And it was looked over by the branch manager so its personal prefrence there. Ironically that branch didnt have workers that looked like me, the branch that helped me have workers that looked like me.. If you dont look like them, dont go there...

If you want to have notarization, avoid this bank. The manager Desirae Honyoust will find all kind of excuses to waste your time. I called before going to make sure they can do the notarization. When Desirae came out, she read the document and asked me if I have an account with BOA. Then she said there is something missing in the last line. I showed her the email direction from the attorney and the attached document that there is nothing missing. Then she said she need the original document. I told her this is the original one. The attorney wrote clearly that print out the attachment and have it notarized at a bank. I said I can cc the email to her if she had any doubt so that she can print it out at the branch. I can pay for the printing. She said no she feel uncomfortable to notarize it. It is just an authorization to the attorney to help fight with my speeding ticket! I had it notarized within 3 minutes at the other bank later. She is the worst agent I've ever met. A total waste of time. It is a shame that Bank of America has such a person as a manager.
