“I've always had excellent service at Lia Honda but my last experience was above and beyond due to the outstanding efforts of Dylan Logan, who went much more than an extra mile first patiently trying to find the source of an elusive leak under the floor of my 2017 HR-V and then working hard to ensure that my warranty covered as much of the expense as possible. In the end the leak got fixed and I saved a lot of $$ -who could ask for a better outcome from a potentially frustrating and time-consuming service issue? Without a doubt this is the best service I've ever enjoyed as a longtime vehicle owner and that's entirely to Dylan's credit.”

“Whether you have an old car or a new one, this is the place to go. I brought my Jetta in for repairs that I couldn’t handle on my own, and Bob had everything done in under an hour for a price that was more than fair. He was also incredibly accommodating with my schedule. After searching Reddit for a reliable mechanic, I saw several people recommending Hackels, and now I understand why. I’ve tried other foreign car specialists in Albany, but I often felt overcharged for subpar work, or I couldn’t even get a call back. Being new to the area, I needed a trustworthy and skilled mechanic, and Bob definitely exceeded my expectations. If you need work done on your Audi, VW, or any other make or model, I cant recommend Hackels enough.”

“Had a noise in C class RV at a certain speed. Long drive shaft 2 piece, They found it was twisted a bit, They cut the tubing out put heavier wall in with all new Spicer joints. Did this all in 2 days. Solved my problem”

“So, I’m always extremely hesitant to go to any body shops or mechanic mainly because I’ve been screwed over by them and or are VERY over priced… going into a mechanic and or body shop can be overwhelming and intimidating. On 2/13/24 I got two flat tires which has never happened before, I googled nearest body shop and called THEY GOT ME IN AND OUT OF THERE in less than an hour!!! Not only that gave me an amazing deal with two new tires!!! I can honestly say it was the most calm, easy, and fast. I will never go to another mechanic. “I just purchased a new 2024 GMC Canyon from Goldstein Buick GMC in Albany, NY. My sales associate was Nick Coli - I met him a few months back when I inquired about available inventory. He has a quiet, polite and professional demeanor without nagging or pressuring buyers. He had clear communication, knowledge of the model I was interested in, and was willing to assist me with various options I had questions about. Finally, a few models with the options I wanted showed up on the lot, and I was trying to decide which color. I left and told him I would think about which one. Nick took the initiative and sent me some videos of the different trucks to help me decide. “The Works did an outstanding job of applying PPF, ceramic coating and interior protection on my new 2023 Corvette Z06. Kory and his staff exceeded my expectations. They are truly masters of their craft and apply attention to detail to every part of the installation. They even proactively modified a portion of film from the xpel pattern to avoid a seam that would have occurred in the middle of the engine hatch. I had PPF installed on two cars by other shops. While I was pleased with their work The Works is clearly a “cut above” on finished product quality and customer support. I highly recommend them for all car detailing and follow up services.”
