“I've always had excellent service at Lia Honda but my last experience was above and beyond due to the outstanding efforts of Dylan Logan, who went much more than an extra mile first patiently trying to find the source of an elusive leak under the floor of my 2017 HR-V and then working hard to ensure that my warranty covered as much of the expense as possible. In the end the leak got fixed and I saved a lot of $$ -who could ask for a better outcome from a potentially frustrating and time-consuming service issue? Without a doubt this is the best service I've ever enjoyed as a longtime vehicle owner and that's entirely to Dylan's credit.”

“5 stars for the location, not the website. Ordered wiper blades using the online part finder based on make, model and year. Arrived at store and picked them up. Tried to install but the clips didn't match up. A young man who was helping another customer stopped and told me they were the wrong version, directed me to the correct set, returned the wrong wipers, dug through the trash to fund my receipt (I told them I didn't need receipt, my bad) and finished off the transaction. Excellent service.”

“Wow, I really wish we'd found this place 6 months ago. They did outstanding work restoring the suspension on our van (a small RoadTrek RV built on a Chevy 3500 van chassis). From the initial estimate, which involved putting it on a lift so we could get under it for a good long look, to picking it up, everything they did was first-rate, professional, and on-time. They said they'd need it for 5 days, and that's exactly what happened. A couple minor, unrelated things that needed fixed, they just took care of. They put it up on the lift again to show me what they'd done.It was a big job, involving undoing some earlier work that turned out to be a disaster, but now we have a lift kit, air bags, new springs, etc., all very cleanly installed and the van drives and tows like a dream. (We weren't sure we'd ever feel safe driving it again after the earlier work by someone else, but now we have no doubts.) They were very good at communicating what was going on, and invited us to drop by anytime to see the progress. We'll definitely be using them again.”

“My experience today was great. I went to the location on Western Ave and they did not have my wiper blade in stock. The gentleman there was very helpful, looked in the back, and called Central Ave to see if it was in stock. I went to Central Ave and Jake knew what I was there for, pulled the blade from stock, rang me up, and offered to install the blade for me. He came out to my car and put the blade on. I offered him a tip and he refused. I don’t normally leave reviews but, I was so blown away with the level of service. Thanks AutoZone and thanks Jake at the Central Ave. store.”
“Mr. Ali took my 2012 civic that most other people would have said was totalled and repaired it beautifully, replacing multiple damaged panels as well as an air bag. Aside from doing a beautiful job, it was done in less than a week for a very fair price. Mr Ali is a wonderful man to do business with and he was very communicative the whole time the car was in the shop. This was really a hassle free experience and it was awesome doing business with a true professional. I recommend Beaver Body and Paint Shop the next time you find yourself in an accident.”

“Excellent service by a gentleman who knows his craft. I am new to the area and someone left a big dent in my car at the parking lot. I went to my car’s dealership body repair shop but the customer adviser on that day was messed up telling me they don’t do that kind of repair. I’m glad I found this C.A.R. Body Shop, the owner was very kind and knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns and reassured me it will and can be fixed. Indeed in less than a few hours it was repaired despite being a walk in customer the job was completed in time and he gave me a descent price. Highly recommend to everyone. Thank you so much Carlos.”

“A good store. Not visible from the road. Advance Auto Parts' staff at this shop is helpful. When I came in, looking for some advice on my car (after a harsh winter) the guys at the register literally jumped in their seats and gave me some flyers and some business cards that they had on hand at the desk. Really good customer service! This store needs a better sign out front or a better neon sign that advertises that its inside this mall.A quick walk down the isles, showed that this Advance Auto had all the stock and materials and parts and appurtenances that come with a usually very great Advance Auto Parts experience, coast to coast. “The Albany Cummins shop provides outstanding service. We brought our RV there to have the generator looked at since it was intermittently not starting. When we arrived we talked with Kelly and Rey about what we were experiencing and they were completely interested in hearing as much detail as possible. They then explained in easily understood terms what the likely problem was and how they would go about diagnosing it. They kept us well informed throughout confirming the problems they found, when they expected parts to arrive, and when they expected repairs to be completed. The generator now starts easier and runs more smoothly than it ever has. We are very pleased with their service and communication.”
