Went here to get new phones. We were stuck for over 2 hours because they "couldn't get WiFi" to complete the transfers on our phones. This should have been the first tip off that AT&T can't get service. We were upgrading our phones which had 256 storage. They asked us what colors we wanted and after trying to activate my husbands first we realized they tried to give my husband a phone with half the storage without saying anything, then when the data wouldn't transfer they claimed that didn't realize it was only half the storage and made a mistake. After over 2 hours in the store, they still blamed lack of wifi in the store and told us that we could go home and transfer our phones and then bring the old ones back for the trade in credit. They were also supposed to put all of our family members on one bill which they never did. My husband asked for them to waive the activation fees for all of the grief over 2 hours and they said they can't do that in the store and we had to call customer service. We called AT&T when we got home, they nicely switched our phones to all one plan and then told us that the activation fee is part of the commission and only the store can waive that. He told us to call customer service from the store if they don't honor that to prove them wrong. The also told us in the store that in order to get us all on the same bill, that my son's plan would need to be changed, which the customer service person on the phone told us that was a lie and they wanted us to change plans so they could make more commission. My husband went today to turn in the phones that we switched over at home because they couldn't and asked him to waive the fee. The manager proceeded to still lie and say that only customer service can do that. Well it's Sunday and there was no customer retention service hours when my husband called AT&T from the store. So ultimately we got screwed all around. D'Andre and the store managers are liars and crooks. Do not go to this store, they will burn you and your pocket for all they can get.

I ordered a phone.Three weeks later it came in and they called me.I went to pick it up the next day and the rep told me I was lucky he didn't re -sell it. I explained I was finishing my customers roof before the rain came in.He was so rude and kept telling me I'm lucky he didn't re-sell them. This is 21HRS after he called me.I couldn't believe what I was hearing.I told him to keep them and left. I went to make a phone call and he shut my phone off.He shut my service off and stole the phone I'm being billed now for the phone and nobody in this company will call me back. Its also hard to understand foreign broken English. ATT has the worst service and management. Hopefully I will get the money refunded some day.

The sales rep who helped me set up my account was truly amazing. She is located at cross gates mall. I will never forget how she took the time to help me find the devices i wanted so bad She went wiay beyond what her job requires of her to do. She even was going to go to a different location and pick up the device for me because it was not in the store. I donr remember her name. But I'm sure you guys can see who my cells person was. She was truly amazing. And I thank her so much for everything. And honestly, she deserves more than 5 stars

All of the employees are trash if you need help with anything other than buying something. Thanks for literally nothing.Also their favorite line is “You’ll have to call the AT&T number” even if the person on the phone sent you to the store. You’re better off teaching yourself how to service your phone.

Savannah and her team are the bestLet me just start with saying i was in the store for roughly 3 hours, not a normal experience. I had many issues porting my number from another carrier and was taking advantage of their 1000$ trade in promo, issue after issue popped up and Savannah continued to make sure we got through them all, she took care of everything and got us all squared away! I would highly recommend the store and ill be back in the fall to do my other upgrades thank you so much!!!

One of the worst locations to visit when you really need help. The wait time is super long for no apparent reason, you aren't even acknowledge once you enter the store and when they finally find the time to attend to you, they cannot help. They need better management. I was better off calling Corp customer service for better service , no worries I won't EVER be back here .
