I’m so happy I tried this nail salon! I picked a place at random and ended up with the most detailed manicure I’ve had in a while. I’ve been getting acrylics on and off for the better part of the past 16 years. I tried the gel manicure here and loved it. I don’t think I’ve ever had someone pay so much attention to actually manicuring my nails (cuticles been pushed back etc.). Coco shaped my nails with absolute attention to detail- I have one finger that turns in strange and normally I have to tell a nail tech to file the nail accordingly but she did it without my having to ask! They did not over file my nailbeds and my fingers didn’t feel like they were burning in the UV. The gentleman she had helping her was incredibly detailed and made sure my polish was perfect. The shoulder/neck massage at the end was absolutely stellar too.
All around, I wasn’t sure what to expect when I walked in. This is definitely not the most luxury feeling spa in the cap region HOWEVER as of now this is the most impressive manicure (and service) I’ve received in some time. I look forward to seeing how my nails last!
Requested style: I requested very short almond shaped nails. They are shaped perfectly, all matching in length.

Stylist: Took my daughter for pedicure wed am. No wait. Ronnie was her artist and Evan was mine. Kind, always asking if it was comfortable or ok to clip etc. best part was I was offered a hug from the young gentleman (I’m 62) Totally made my day because I hug everyone! Thank you

The staff was super friendly, and the place was very clean. They have a full menu right at the door, so I know exactly what I'm getting. No surprises. Multiple spa deals available, and I loved the color selection. I got a punch card. With a full card you get a chance to spin the lucky wheel and get deals. I had to come back to add this. I work a very manual job, and I work with my hands daily. The nail polish has withstood everything I can throw at it. It laid down very evenly and is still super glossy. No bubbles great precision. The stylists here are very good at their jobs, and the massages are to die for. The owner is very kind and very sweet.

I've hesitated posting anything because I'm embarrassed I left without saying anything. I got a mani/pedi that was really nice, however I got my eyebrows waxed and had skin ripped off. I have never been to this place, but have had my brows waxed plenty. I've never experienced this and will never get them done again. I'm not sure what more to say. Be warned.

I love my nails and the shape and they were all so friendly and nice, i will still be coming back…. but i just can’t get over my cuticles not being done and my nails are starting to crack or split im not even sure what’s going on with them, i believe they were done too thinly( I got them done two days ago and im just now noticing this)

***PLEASE READ THE FULL REVIEW! (and save your precious money)
I would give 0 stars if I could. I was looking for an experienced nail salon in the capital region for a trip and did my research, scanning different reviews of different salons. This salon looked pretty good at first. I called in for an appointment and a woman, who I later found out is Coco, said I can come in without any further details which was confusing as past salons have always required a name and time for the appointment.
Upon arriving, I was brought to a table COVERED IN NAIL DUST and was not cleaned even during the appointment. The conditions were absolutely unsanitary and disorganized. When asked how long it would take, Coco responded with "It will take 5 minutes." Nearly 15 minutes later, I was finally attended to by another man who did not ask me for any details on what nails I wanted (whereas Coco did) and started hacking away at my nails. It was going smoothly at first until he CUT MY CUTICLE and PROCEEDED TO SAY NOTHING. Several times throughout the appointment, the man and Coco would switch in between to do my nails. If I knew that they would be so overbooked, I wouldn't have went in as I specifically tried to make an appointment. Regardless, after Coco switched to my nails and noticed my cuticle bleeding, she simply smiled and ignored the blood and WIPED IT ON A DIRTY TOWEL.
There were so many red flags to begin with. There was a lady a few feet away from me in the manicure section who looked visibly upset. Coco and three others proceeded to paint her toenails on top of an UPSIDE DOWN GARBAGE CAN I couldn't believe my eyes at the lack of professionalism.
Anyways, I was charged $70 for the nails. Coco spent nearly 2+ hours doing this simple, short set of acrylic nails and would've kept going if I didn't rush her. The acrylics were horrible, she left a huge gap between my cuticle and the nail itself which made them already look over-grown. Within one week and despite me looking after them, one popped off. Shortly after, they all began to pop off.

I always have a great experience when I come to get my nails done! Coco and the staff are always welcoming and do an amazing job! Definitely give them a visit!

Coco and her staff were incredibly kind and did a great job on my nails, which I rarely get done. She took her time and didn’t rush despite being so busy! I only paid $55 for my dip powder french extensions. I only wish the other customers could treat her and her staff more respectfully. It was disheartening to see so many people being so rude to them and not having patience for the language barrier. Thank you for my nails for graduation next week! 谢谢!

My sister and I had a good experience. However, it took twice as long for a pedicure as it normally would… chalked it up to the day. Went a week later to bring my niece- 2 hr pedicure and 1.5 hr manicure ?

This was hands down the worst nail salon experience I have ever had. It took two and a half hours for an ANC manicure. The worst part is, they did not respect boundaries when it came to child. Coco was told more then 10 times that the child I was with was NOT getting a pedicure but she forced it by PICKING UP THE LITTLE GIRL AND FORCING HER TO SIT. Then a little boy was getting a pedicure with his mom and a male worker followed him to the bathroom. Truly contemplating calling the department of health because their practices should be investigated.
Update:
The fact that you used my credit card information to look me on Facebook and then tried to add me and texted me trying to apologize is grossly inappropriate. Then when I wouldn’t entertain your excuses, you reply to this review? Please reevaluate your business practices and do better.

This was the first place I had ever gotten a pedicure or any work done on me and I have to say I definitely plan to come back again. Staff made me feel very relaxed and at home. Prices are fair as well l, especially with the grade A service!
