I came here to read reviews and see what other people are saying about this particular branch of Aspen Dental. I’m not sure what’s going on. These people have absolutely no respect for their patients. I have scheduled an appointment twice, both of them were cancelled exactly at the day of the appointment, like less than 5 hours before the appointment. Horrible!

At first I wasn’t sure what to expect hear good and bad until I went myself I tell you everyone is so friendly and nice they go out there way to help you I’m so happy that I’m gone get my smile back they are awesome I can’t wait to get started

Overcharging me for in network services, sent me a surprise bill for services never rendered and giving me the run around to get additional info requested from my insurance company to pay for the service so I can get new services done

Aspen dental is poor services they aren't good here . I wouldn't recommend these people at all. I have a tooth that needs to be removed. I came in for an appointment then they took pictures of my teeth and then after like 30 minutes they scheduled another appointment. On the day that my tooth was supposed to be removed I went down there and I showed up 30 minutes before my appointment was scheduled. When they called me up to the counter just to tell me that the surgeon was not there and that they had to reschedule the appointment to a later day. These people also gave me pain medication but I ran out. So I called them for them to prescribe me more but they didn't get me more pain meds. And when I went to CVS they said they had nothing for me. Do yourself a favor and don't do business with Aspen dental. They aren't reliable . They don't communicate with their staff and you won't get the proper services that you need. Also half the time when u call them they don't answer the phone or there all on break except for 1 staff member who picks up the phone but tells you to please hold. Then you sit there for 20 minutes listening to stock music and there not answering there phones still. Don't do business with them. They suck!!!

Lovely staff and was able to get an appointment asap when i was dealing with bad tooth pain.. Time experience was very pleasant, and was great to know that they have an knowledgeable and informative doctors.. I will be looking to return and making them my primary dentist..

Got to Aspend Dental at 8:00 and was called a couple minutes later. They took ex rays of my teeth then brought me to have my teeth cleaned. Got my teeth cleaned and then talked with the Dentist. It was an easy, enjoyable visit.

So far, excellent.Was able to get me in within 2 hours for a surgical clearance, and gaveme a clear estimate for work that needs to be done.

This place is such a scam! Went for a free consultation for braces and they sent a bill. Asked multiple times if me and my insurance will be billed or not , they said no but at the end they sent us a bill.

My appointment was canceled. I rescheduled for much later I did not accept. It’s very disappointing. A few weeks later doesn’t work for me.

Terrible customer service over the phone unfortunately . Be prepared for arrogant impatient receptionist. I spoke to a lady I believed named jade/jada a day prior to my new patient appointment, she bluntly told me they don’t take my insurance without me giving her my Id number. When I called and made appointment with a kind receptionist she said they do take my insurance just certain coverage so make sure i bring me card and was even kind enough to tell me they do walk-in .. I felt her Jade/Jada bad energy was unnecessary and just makes simple things more difficult.
