Yeah so since my post I have been promised a check in the mail which of course never happened and a response from the general manager "call me" which I did and no call back. This place just gets worse the more I communicate with them. DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE. Find a reputable place.

took car to get inspected, there was nothing wrong with it when I brought it in but according to the crooks in the service area I needed $1700 worth of repairs for an "ebrake" Tried to not give my car back when I refused to pay for their false and made up repairs. When I threw a stink they ripped my old inspection sticker off my car and then finally gave it back to me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CROOK DEALERSHIP, SCUMBAG DIRTBALL LOSERS

heyyy.. Armory Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Albany I seee you!you want nasty ?is a requirement for employment being a scumbag? first, you must be willing to rip the customer off. second, are you skilled enough to twist your incompetence into the customer's fault ...that YOU CHOOSE TO DEAL DISHONETLY with them?if a customer letting you know they won't be bringing their business back BC YOU FAILED TO LIVE UP TO REASONABLE ($800) EXPECTATIONS then either STOP ROBBING customers or, idk, maybe listen to them: don't sell them on a bunch of bs, then get mad when they call you out.who wants liars and thieves and cowards working on their car anyway?how long before I find something that you purposely messed up so you can charge another, uncovered, diagnostic fee? bc, honestly, I feel like that EXACTLY the type pf service dept you run.

Stay away. Dishonest. I was provided a CLEAN carfax report of a 2013 Chrysler 200, which I bought in 2013 with about 14k miles on it (prev. a commercial lease). A few years later when I went to trade it in for something else at another dealer, they showed me a carfax showing the car had been in an accident. I suspected as much during my ownership as the steering groaned occassionally when turning and going over a bump at the same time, and the hood bubbled and neede replacing. Amazing how the carfax report magically changed from no accident to accident despite my never having been in an accident with the car. What is that called, unethical?

Great recent Jeep sales experience at Armory dealing with Lisa Stewart in internet leads and buttoning up the deal with Billy Comtois in sales. The market for new and used cars is crazy right now and I found that most dealers are definitely worse than usual given that this is a 'sellers market'. But Lisa and Billy at Armory gave us a no-hassle experience which my wife and I truly appreciated. We were looking at buying a specifically optioned Jeep that we knew we would have to special order and they didn't bat an eye on giving us a 'best in town' deal and getting the order in. Billy also did a great job in quickly responding to our nagging for status updates along the way. Too often dealers will try to get you to compromise in order to 'take what's on the lot' but they recognized right away that the best way to go was a special order. In my experience if you are fair and reasonable with them they respond in kind. Time is money and they certainly saved some of mine by making it easy! No tacked on fees or other BS when it came time to signing the paperwork either. I wouldn't hesitate to deal with them again on a future purchase.

Not very communicative of issues, had to call back several times for updates for a simple task. They even ordered the wrong bolts two different times, which tells me they did not throughly check the vehicle nor care enough to get it right. Facilities are wonderful but customer service is not up to par.

First, I will say that the service employees were very friendly. However, they told me that I needed new front brakes and wanted to charge me $500 for them. They also said the back brakes needed work. The next day, my boyfriend checked the brakes and said the front ones were totally fine--that there is a lot of life left on them. He couldn't get the back tire off to even check the back brakes. He even bent his tools doing it. He said the tire was on so tightly he doubts it's been taken off recently, unless they way over-torqued it.I'm glad I didn't let them "fix" the front brakes. I would have spent $500 for nothing. Dishonest and immoral.

FRAUD! They extorted money for services not performed. Wasted 4 hours of my day, didn't fix the car and called their customer a liar. Find another place to take your business.
