Yeah so since my post I have been promised a check in the mail which of course never happened and a response from the general manager "call me" which I did and no call back. This place just gets worse the more I communicate with them. DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE. Find a reputable place.

took car to get inspected, there was nothing wrong with it when I brought it in but according to the crooks in the service area I needed $1700 worth of repairs for an "ebrake" Tried to not give my car back when I refused to pay for their false and made up repairs. When I threw a stink they ripped my old inspection sticker off my car and then finally gave it back to me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CROOK DEALERSHIP, SCUMBAG DIRTBALL LOSERS

heyyy.. Armory Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Albany I seee you!you want nasty ?is a requirement for employment being a scumbag? first, you must be willing to rip the customer off. second, are you skilled enough to twist your incompetence into the customer's fault ...that YOU CHOOSE TO DEAL DISHONETLY with them?if a customer letting you know they won't be bringing their business back BC YOU FAILED TO LIVE UP TO REASONABLE ($800) EXPECTATIONS then either STOP ROBBING customers or, idk, maybe listen to them: don't sell them on a bunch of bs, then get mad when they call you out.who wants liars and thieves and cowards working on their car anyway?how long before I find something that you purposely messed up so you can charge another, uncovered, diagnostic fee? bc, honestly, I feel like that EXACTLY the type pf service dept you run.

I won't ever do business with them or a Lithia dealer ever again. I have had GREAT experiences in the past with Lithia own dealerships, but after how this one is I will never again. Bought a $65,000 Jeep from them 3-months ago and service has been a nightmare. The first time when a safety issue occurred it took me calling Jeep to get an appointment/loaner car. Now fast forward to today and I call and ask to see if someone can just look at the front end of my vehicle (it was hit in a parking lot) and they tell me sure, for $169. No compassion about the car being it, just "pay me". Then they tell me, even though it is an Electric Hybrid with batteries, they can't recommend a place for any body work that needs to be done. Stay away, all they care about is getting the car sold then they never want to deal with you again. And good luck getting service on the phone, most times they don't even answer the phone.

Even being short staffed the service department is friendly, efficient and got the work completed in relatively short time. Thank you all.

I've only had to contact Armory's service department 3 times and each time I've been taken care of immediately. Both Paul Cassala and Nick Miller have been great in taking care of any problems I've had. It makes it a lot easier when you you have a responsible crew to take care of you.

The service department is seriously lacking! I bought my Jeep from here and purchased a warranty with it. Within 8 days of purchase I was having issues with the transmission. After paying for multiple diagnosis the service department was finally able to diagnose the issue 3 years later and conveniently after the warranty expired. Now neither Mopar or Armory want the do the right thing and honor the warranty that I paid for!!! Both keep pointing fingers at each other for blame and I still can't speak to a supervisor. You sit on the phone for hours and get passed between call center reps who to can't help to no fault of their own.

2 months ago I had my 2021 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited breakdown on the highway with only 6200 miles on it. I had the vehicle towed to Armory Garage on Central Ave to diagnose the issue. Service Advisor A.J. Erschen took a look at my car and discovered that the oil cap was missing which resulted in my engine seizing. The cost was over $10,000 to replace the engine. I had recently had the oil changed on my Jeep at a local Mavis Discount Tire and they were less than cooperative to help resolve the issue. I was paying out of pocket for a rental car and couldn't afford to replace the engine on my own. Multiple voicemails were left with the regional manager of Mavis which went unanswered. I explained the situation to A.J. who went above and beyond for me to help get my car back on the road. He was in constant contact with Mavis Corporate and their regional manager until they finally took ownership for the incident almost a month after the car broke down. I couldn't be more grateful for the professionalism of A.J. and the service staff at Armory Garage during this aggravating experience. I highly recommend them as your car service provider and shame on me for not going to them in the first place.

Stay away. Dishonest. I was provided a CLEAN carfax report of a 2013 Chrysler 200, which I bought in 2013 with about 14k miles on it (prev. a commercial lease). A few years later when I went to trade it in for something else at another dealer, they showed me a carfax showing the car had been in an accident. I suspected as much during my ownership as the steering groaned occassionally when turning and going over a bump at the same time, and the hood bubbled and neede replacing. Amazing how the carfax report magically changed from no accident to accident despite my never having been in an accident with the car. What is that called, unethical?

Always something with this place. They have finally got me to that place. I will not take my car back there. Was really interested in getting a Challenger but will not get it there. Will not get service there anymore either. Sad because I have had 3 Dodges and my wife has one. Smh
