My boyfriend bought a truck from them a few years ago which was great service! But now we have called TWICE to get his truck in to the shop due to DEF needs to be serviced and have not gotten any call back from anyone! Very upset by this due to we trusted their garage with working on his truck.

Excellent customer service, Jason Rivers helped us. He kept in touch with me through the whole process, lots of text messages and calls, that contact was important to me. Matt worked very hard to get me a loan and I appreciated that they never gave up. I would recommend them to anyone wanting or needing a new or used car. Jason has a great personality!!

After a 50,000 mile, cross country tour from NY to FL to CA and back to NY, it’s an understatement to say my car needs some love. The folks over at Armory kept me in the loop about their diagnostic process and set up a timeframe for repair that worked with my budget and schedule. As a native of the area, (I remember when they had a Wrangler on a lift in front of the facility) it’s an awesome feeling to be a customer. Ray and Marlon, as well as everyone I saw working, checked in with everyone and made sure folks were taken care of. Looking forward to keeping “Fifi” on the road for years to come.

Contacted Armory Service with an issue regarding my Jeep Cherokee 5 days ago...and the silence is deafening. A couple of observations: if you care to speak to a human being you will be sorely disappointed, rather, if you want to deal with an automated attendant you will be ecstatic. "Thanks for contacting Armory Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT of Albany! We will see your message shortly." Well, if they are seeing it, they surely are choosing to ignore it. If you are seeking professional care and consideration I would look elsewhere. Note, don't be fooled by the one star rating...that I would give negative stars if it was an option.

Not the greatest customer service or follow through, Happy with my vehicle however waiting 2+ months now for a part to come in with 0 communication or status updates, received vehicle witha broken part and treated like I was crazy that the fuel door would not open and I had to explain to staff that their solutions werent correct for the vehicle I purchased so had to make another trip in for them to understand, also significant delays in paying off the trade and noone wants to call me back to actually discuss my issues or concern. Given the amount of other jeep dealerships in the capital district would highly recommend going elsewhere besides Armory.

I've been trying to reach anyone at the dealership in regards to warranty repairs, not a single department or associate will answer the phone no matter what extention I use. I've been Calling them for almost two weeks. The fact that I will have to physically go there to get any assistance is absolutely discusting... I will never buy another vehicle from this horrible dealership. Do yourselves a favor and don't waste your hard earned money on this dealership that clearly doesn't care about you, just the sale.

I guess they removed my last review! They sold me a car that was unsafe to drive! Been waiting two weeks to get it fixed now they tell me the parts are on order! Let's see if it's done by the end of the week. I've been taking Uber to work and its costing me everything since I put $3000 down on the car and they refused to give me a rental! SO FRUSTRATING

Service here has always been so-so but now it's gotten worse. I've been trying for 2 weeks to schedule an appointment for a safety issue. Nobody answers and the sales team says "the phone isn't working there but we'll take a message and bring it over to the manager. " I've left numerous messages over the past 2 weeks and haven't received a call back. Customer service here is non existent.... But they'll fill your inbox with offers for new cars!
UPDATE: below you'll see that "Customer Service" is offering to help me out. There is no "Customer Service"... That number connects to the switchboard for "sales"... And BTW, this issue started WEEKS before the computer outage and I'm not the only one with this issue. Since this post I went to Lia Jeep down the road and they were MUCH better... I'll be doing all my business there from now on and I encourage others to do the same !

David Crist and the entire team at Armory, from service to sales to customer service, get our high praise. They turned a terrible situation around for us and got us on the road safely and in record time!
Every person we encountered in the dealership was professional, friendly and went above and beyond to help us.
We will recommend Dave and Armory time and again!

I'd give negative stars if I could. You can't reach the service department in any way other than going in person. It's been extremely frustrating for us to try to get our van fixed. Car sat at dealership for 10 days and had only been seen by a tech and there was never any follow-up with us after. Had to go directly to the dealership in person twice, once to drop it off and once to pick it up, untouched. We will never be back there again and unless you have endless time on your hands to try to reach them, don't even bother. Our cars will now go to Chrysler/Dodge in Clifton Park. They actually communicate with the customer!

My transmission on my Jeep broke down on a road trip near Armory which was covered by a Mopar Extended Svc Plan. It got mothballed from June 18 to July 19 when it was finally repaired. Some of this was on Stellantis, but during most of this time Armory was not responding to calls and messages leaving me hundreds of miles from home with rental cars despite hours engaged in trying to reach someone who would tell me what's going on. They wouldn't begin to help me without paying thousands on a credit card, then led me to believe they would do the repair and they'd reimburse me later, then finally telling me that no repair would begin until company authorized it. What little communication there was led to a false hope of getting it back to abandoning the car and returning home. Primary complaint is that they do not communicate with you. A "new" service manager responded to a complaint but it appears that the previous one had totally mismanaged the job causing delays and would not own up to it. Glad I won't have to do business with them again.

Called about a carfax on a h9nda. I read it stated the rear camber was out and the inspection for the alignment failed. Talked to a woman there who said No not true, I said it is on your own site. in your own carfax the next day the vehicle was for sale. But the problem was never fixed. Now their looking for new managment hmm if its too good to be true it is not true. I'll buy elsewhere.
