This Red Cross site has an exceptionally professional and friendly staff. I hardly felt the stick and as a needle-phobic person, I really appreciate that. They also have great snacks. Bravo!

I was there making a platelet donation. The crew is very efficient and professional. They all have a big heart and are very courteous. I look forward to my next donation appointment.
