My son has an awesome birthday party there. He got a free T-shirt and water bottle and all the guests got little goody bags with a rubber bracelet, sticker, and 2 different coupons to come back.

I went there for the first time and was very disappointed. The Ninja gym itself is set up very poorly. You just walk around the space with no direction for skill level, asked to use the rock climbing wall. -We were told we have to spot the kids ourselves, no one does that which didn't make any sense. Bars were missing to get from one challenge to another. This was just unbelievable, one course had a rope style to jump on to. *It was wrapped in a water float noodle, half ripped up and secured with duck tape. The non existent staff was no where to be found. Until he jumped up on a pipe on the wall and sat there. He did ask once if he could help us. No supervision except parents of kids. And they charge 22.50 for an hour each person. X 3. I think I'd rather take my children to the playground. They need to reorganize the operation, how it's set up, organized, hire staff that are more attentive and responsible. I think the prices are outrageously high for what they offer. This may sound like a harsh review but everything I stated is true.

The instructors are fantastic with kids. They are very encouraging and build confidence to combat each child's self-doubt. Each week, the class activities are different. After just a few sessions there, I could see growth in my 8 year old boy/girl twins' physical skill & confidence. They both love it there.

Fun. Kids love it. Very basic idea and layout, but does the job. Has multiple areas to work on skills, play. Staff was fun and engaging with the kids. Open gym experience - There is no (or none enforced) restrictions to who and what age play where at any given time. So play at your own risk. Bathrooms are easy to access. Fun tea shirts. Great news wall of their pupils' achievements. Fun party space too.

The website is hard to navigate and i thought it be bigger with more one on one with the ninja but other than that it is greatThe staff were friendly and knowledgeable. There are obstacles for different skill level. My kids love it been twice they keep asking to go back

I had a a private party for both of my sons’ birthdays. Coach Justin was super helpful, engaging, and kept the party on schedule with my requests! All the employees I spoke with prior to the party for confirmation and questions were great. Many assistants were there to help out as well. All the kids had a GREAT time. It’s the perfect spot for winter birthday parties when you can’t be outside. My only suggestion for Ninja Lab would be to have a longer buffer in between parties so we could settle and set up before guests arrive. Overall great party and would definitely recommend!
