AMF offers wonderful programs to help with your fitness and healthy lifestyle goals. I was always encouraged to hold myself accountable throughout the program which lead me to reach my goals! The on site and virtual platform is suitable for anyone’s needs. Thank you AMF!

I’ve been attending AMF for a year now and I’ve seen great results. I’ve definitely built muscle and lost fat and feel great each time I leave. The group training workouts are always varied, with new exercises each day and there are plenty of options for class times.

I’ve been going to AMF for a few years now and I absolutely love how working with Seth has transformed my mind and body. He gives me that extra motivation when he sees that I am heading into a slump. I can’t rate his coaching or gym high enough. If you want to see change…. Change to AMF

Was not able to reach anyone. Maybe they are not set up to talk to potential new customers calling the company.

Can I give zero stars? If you want a trainer who will mislead you about what services he offers such as "one-one-training" when it is in-fact group training but you are expected to keep up with the rest of the group, Seth is your guy. If you want a trainer who will sign you up for more programs without your consent and never praise but criticize what you for what you do and explain that it's never good enough or ... if you are struggling or not "good enough" or simply can't do something than your trainer will call you "lazy and say you are making excuses," Seth is your guy. If you want to be publicly insulted body/fat shamed to your face, behind your back to other clients and on social media, Seth is your guy. If you want to be told you will fail on your own without him or his "program" and that you will "die in ten years if you do not remain in his program because you are not capable of helping yourself"....Seth is your guy. If you want your wants/needs and medical concerns to be ignored and dismissed and be shamed and guilted for not signing up for every single program he demands because it "hurts his feelings", Seth is your guy. If you want a trainer who will NOT meet you where you are at and allow his employees to start classes late then lie about customers being late, then lecture you..... then Seth is your guy. If you want a trainer who will shame you for taking care of personal family needs/emergencies and make you feel like a piece of shit for having to stop his program due to personal/family emergencies and responsibilities, Seth is your guy. If you want a trainer who flat says he has to motivate and hold his clients accountable by treating them this way, Seth is your guy. If you want a trainer who will insult your parents or family whom he knows nothing about and say "you will end up just as unhealthy or dead like them if you don't work out at HIS gym... then Seth is your guy." I am not here to tear down anyone or cause anyone to lose their career or business. I've heard that Seth has helped many others. Great job! I did learn new workouts in his gym that I never thought I could have done so I am grateful and thankful for that and I will give credit there where credit is due. But, I keep it real and I will NEVER stand for the bullying, guilting, disrespect and shaming of other individuals as a means to gain business or as Seth puts it "motivate others or hold them accountable". I have been a social worker/mental health therapist for many years and I hold my clients accountable daily (ask any one of them) but I have NEVER done it by shaming, guilting, insulting, bullying them or bringing their families into it, or lying. So, Seth... I hope you take this negative review and learn from it. Be better, do better and help people by building them up not tearing them down and most important BE HONEST!!! Maybe take some courses on professionalism, human decency and how to motivate without bullying or shaming and how to meet clients where they are at. I honestly, despite all this wish Seth and his business/team all the best but you lost my business and I certainly won't be recommending anyone to go there because no one deserves to be treated the way I was and sadly I fear that I was not the only one with similar experiences and if this does not change, I won't be the last. Good luck and god bless!

Terrible small place and overpriced. $250 a month for only three classes and calls it "personal training" when it's not and without any nutrition plan or guidance on food included in that price, also the workout sessions are only an hour and theres no extra or open sessions during the time or day for you to do accessory workouts, cardio, skills/conditioning, or lifts or bodyweight workouts so you cant really go whenever you want either to improve your fitness. The warm ups get repetitive and the same. Doesn't teach you how to do compound lifts properly like deadlift variations, snatches, cleans, squats, and presses needed to build muscle and has a bunch of d*** accessory exercises in circuits that are ineffective that dont really help with making you stronger. Has you do planks for unnecessary amounts of time and times people for long planks, even though planks are just an isometric movement that wont strengthen a core after a certain point of holding it, and people were doing it with terrible form with their hips up and their core disengaged he wasnt doing anything to fix it just staring at then (creepy) or on his phone blabbering some b******* to everyone. Posts excessively about himself on facebook and super full of himself. Creepy ugly dude isnt even that jacked or shredded or flexible in stature, probably underpays the trainers there and has nothing better to do with his life alone. He blabbers and talks a lot and act likes he knows everything without showing you techniques of things and half asses his programming and makes it repetitive weekly, tries to market his program toward women and lure them in and takes photos of them without their consent and posts it on his page and group. Save your money and go to a box gym with classes for less money and stay away from this creepy man, stay safe ladies. Dont fall for his b******* on him selling you something. Dont do any of the "challenges" which are ineffective and again a waste of money bc all they do is bump up the amount of time you train (which again at a regular gym isnt something you have to pa EXTRA $80-$100 FOR) only reason he's popular is that he's easy to find online in the area and has "good" cheesy marketing

I love this gym! Every workout is different and challenging! All of the coaches get to know their clients and make modifications, if needed. It feels like a community, not your typical gym.

The programs start at your level and help you gain the strength and ability to meet your goals. The coaches all push and encourage you to keep moving and help adjust the program to fit each person's ability.

I wonder why people still spend their money on surgery, injections and drugs each time they are sick. Natural herbs can cure all kinds of illness including #Diabetics,#Asthma,#Herpes HSV-1 or HSV-2,#HIV, #HPV, #HEPATITIS B, #DIABETES, #CANVER, you can reach him on his email address'

Seth and his team are amazing. They motivate you to do better. The ambiance is great and there’s no body shaming. The classes are small with 5:00 am classes to start my day. Seth is very knowledgeable and invests in continuous learning to assist his clients. I would definitely recommend Seth and his team to anyone willing to get fit. It’s a judgement free zone!!!

I've been going to AMF for about 3 months. I've definitely started to see some results as far as my energy levels go and my strength and endurance in day to day life and physical activity. This is a great place to come if you don't know how to start your fitness journey and you'll get accountability, good form, and consistency here. Seth is also not just a good trainer but a good person at heart. He will be your friend and talk to you about life and will bring his charisma and energy into the sessions. I highly recommend this place if you want to accomplish your fitness goals.

Amazing facility!! I have never liked going to the gym, or working out in any way. Well Seth and his staff have changed that. I am in my 50s and it's taken until now for me to find a place that is this accepting, and understanding of my needs, frustrations, etc. There is never a time when I feel lost, alone, confused. And because the staff is so genuine and kind, the clientele is as well. I can honestly say that I enjoy going to the gym now. I enjoy seeing how much stronger I have become. I enjoy seeing all the staff and the other clients. There is definitely a feeling of community here that I have never felt before. I would recommend Albany Movement and Fitness to anyone!!!
