Not horrible, just old.

Very frustating experience. Could not change or cancel reservation as apparently this location has specific cancellation terms beyond marriott standard 24 hours. Also, not able to use points. Waited on hold, helpful receptionist tried to help with no results. On hold for over 45 mins and eventually hung up on. Seems like a disconnect between marriott loyalty program and this location. Disappointing.

When you think about Marriott, you feel proud and expect great service and comfort. However, I had one of the worst experiences. There was no complimentary water bottle, the room door was not soundproof as I could hear people walking and closing doors loudly all night. The tap water was yellow and not drinkable. The room AC was very loud when turned on. Additionally, there was no complimentary breakfast, which is a service usually offered by many hotels. I usually don't write bad comments, but I wanted to give my honest review. The bed was also not comfortable.

Great conference hotel. Clean, ample sized rooms and bright inviting lobby.

It’s a Marriott… and not the nicest one. The lobby appears to be well kept and/or recently renovated. Things fall apart as you head to your room. Hallways are dated and showing wear. Rooms are just “ok”. They’re showing their age and aren’t in the best conditions. For $100 per night I wouldn’t complain, but a basic king bed room cost $279 a night…. Which is way more than it’s worth.

Stains all over the headboards and walls… please clean your hotel and invest in appropriate maintenance. This is just gross.

I arrived at the hotel around 8:30 pm and immediately encountered issues with my room. The bathroom sink was overflowing, and when I tried calling the front desk for assistance, they were unreachable. I had to go downstairs to complain in person. Eventually, maintenance arrived and fixed the sink, but I also requested room service to clean up the mess.
When I went to take a shower, I discovered there was no shower gel, and worse, there was no hot water. Again, I had to go down to the front desk because the phone in my room wasn't working. The front desk called maintenance, but instead of immediately checking the issue, the maintenance person challenged me, questioning if the problem was real. I had to accompany them back to the room to demonstrate the problem.
By this time, it was 10:30 pm and after several request they given me new room. Initially they told me we are full today. Overall, the service and the condition of the room were extremely disappointing. For the price of $280 per night, this experience was not worth it at all. I strongly advise against staying here; it's simply not worth the money or the hassle. I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone.

I just loved it!
Rooms: Amazing and Modern.
Food & drinks: Room service is great. Staff at the phone and delivery staff were kind and respectful. The tomate soup is super delicious, 100% recommended!

If you a Bonvoy Platinum Elite, prepare to be disappointed by the $10/night food credit per room no matter how many people you have with you. That’s the worst I’ve ever seen. In fact, the front desk didn’t even acknowledge I was entitled to any credit at all.
Yet, they have signs on every coffee table admonishing you from eating your own food in the lobby. How about providing a more reasonable credit in the first place?
While the hotel could use some updating, the location is ideal close to area restaurants, Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s.
If you’re a regular at Marriott, save yourself a few $$$ and stay at one the other limited service hotels nearby.

Great location to the airport and "restaurant row". Rooms were nice and comfortable. Entire saff was very polite and helpful. Nate "the Great" was super helpful and hard working in the concierge lounge, going above and beyond to make sure all the guests were taken care of.

This hotel is in much need of a renovation. Lobby area is decent and my room in Concierge level appeared recently renovated. However the fitness lounge was dirty and hallways and grounds look like they haven’t been touched in years. Concierge lounge was worst I’ve seen in any Marriott. After long drive in, popping in I was greeted with a ‘sorry all we have left is sliders (lounge was supposed to be open until 10pm, it was 7:30 at the time). Sliders were rock hard and cheesecake was all that was left other than crumbs for tortilla chips.
Wish I booked at other hotels nearby that are much more modern and updated.

It is very difficult to find/access the lobby if you park anywhere but the front, more signage would be very helpful.
