I love taking classes here with Gail! She is an excellent teacher and she really tries to make everyone feel comfortable. During Covid shutdown she even offered virtual classes via Zoom. Classes are very reasonable priced for the quality classes!

I love Albany Dance & Fitness. I take ballet classes there and Gail is the best! A wonderful teacher and person!

Been going here for many years. Gail is an excellent teacher not too strict but helps with feedback and gentle correction. Don’t have to have perfect attire to try a class out.
