I have never met such a great group of people than at this location . The young woman who helped me was AMAZING!! The MGR i think ran two spots saw people waiting and ran right over to help us at the other window . GREAT customer service if i could steal this team for the type of business i manage i would . One more thing at 5 am labor day weekend rentals out to road . I left my rental ran in airport, and yet still these woman thru the chaos still smiling and greeted me !! In a time when so many people complain i just wanted to say YOU DID GREAT!!

Avoid this location maybe even Alamo/enterprise Altogether. I rented the car for a one-way trip. I returned the rental to my local airport the next day. After leaving the desk I got a call from my local location stating Albany Airport needed to close the ticket so my contract may also be closed. I need the contract closed so I can get the deposit back. However, this location doesn't receive calls, so I've been forced to call customer service many times. They have not responded to a single one of the customer service agents that has reached out to them. I've spent hours on the phone with agents about a simple problem Albany Aiport has refused to assist with. Just know if you do business with them and there's a problem you will have to go through countless customer service agents with no knowledge of the situation.

I drove over a hr to get a rental to be told that I needed a major credit card when I asked when I spoke to a person earlier in that day that my bank card was ok. She stated not at the airport pick up one. That should be stated in the beginning. I wasted gas and time and no vehicle to use while mine gets fixed
