Mustafa Meneske the Sr Regional Manager came to my home to service my 2 air purifiers. One needed to be brought back to the shop pending our approval for repairs or offered a deep discount on a new model saying if you fix your old one for $500 the motor may go and your stuck. So I said let me talk to my wife and decide. Well they decided for me and went ahead made repairs and Mustafa called to say I have you signed for $500 worth of repairs. When I called the shop spoke to John told him what had occurred he said oh that doesn’t sound like him. We engaged in another war of words. Agin he asking what I wanted to do about it. I had mentioned I had a stroke and money is tight he blamed my stroke for my “hostile” tone. Be careful of this business and the hard sell. Looks like 2 of their 5 star reviews are coming from John and Mustafa and it appears they are trying to make this post go away.

This is not that quicky sale, get it out the door, Electrolux-in-name-only cheapo vacuume store. This is the real deal old school top quality Electrolux with the highest order of customer service and personalized service. There is no junk here and you're never left hanging. Air purifiers and other products here too. A true asset to the area.
