Bought a 2007 Nissan rouge for $8000. Cash. It looked to be in great shape. It wasn’t. After 2 1/2 years of low mileage driving, the frame is separating from the body of the vehicle. It’s going to the vehicle grave yard. Interior looks like I just bought it. Don’t let appearances fool you.

So , idk where to start
I called last week 3 TIMES to inquire about a vehicle and to see if my credit would be approved.
I put in an application for financing and still haven’t heard a thing . So I called (1st) call asked them what credit they can work with and hm I would have to put down they said they will call me back because they have to speak with the bank about it . Ok cool
Then next day I call again. “Oh we will call you back” ok I let it go
Bc where I work I get a terrible signal so I don’t stress it . Then next day I step outside to talk they say “oh Matthew is helping out a customer “ ok fine I’ll call back later
Called again “oh Matthew just stepped out to buy some tires” okay
Fine so then I reach out on Saturday (no work for me ) so I find out they allowed someone to “apparently “ but a deposit down on the car I inquired about..???? So why would you waste my time ? And run my credit just to do that ? Like ???
I do not. Know if they are just racist ppl or just plain ignorant.
If you didn’t wanna do business with me you could’ve just said we don’t wanna do business with you .
It’s not that serious to me at all ..
JUST KEEP IT PROFESSIONAL AS I DID !
I was never disrespectful , never out of tone with them . Just pure kindness and patience on my end . But I feel very disrespected and degraded as a human being who came to you guys for help..

Amazing first experience here! I called on a Tuesday and they got me in on Thursday night. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and were very fairly priced. All 4 brake pads and rotors done in under an hour. The staff is very friendly and honest.

Went to them after the previous garage hit me with outrageous prices to fix my power steering. Both were personal and professional men to work with and communicated well with what I may need and what a ball park figure was. Thier mechanic who was also fantastic fixed My car fast and for well under the price we had spoke of. Will be going here for any and all of mine amd my wife's car needs!

Matt and Joe are terrific people. Locally owned and operated. I received a quote from Carl’s Advanced Repair for over $1,300. I needed full brake replacement on my back tires, a new outer tie rod and a couple other things. My husband had originally bought the car from Access Auto as well. I called Joe, and my car was taken care of ASAP. My bill from them came to less than half of what I was quoted from the other mechanic. My car runs like a dream now and I could not have been happier with this outcome. I have been singing their praises to everyone I’ve come in contact with. If you have ANY car need, go to them. They will take good care of you!
