Trenton is the guy who works here. He is a very genuine and very helpful and nice guy, I had distorted lines and cracked camera. And he fixed them both all for the best price in Albany, highly recommend going to him as he will not disappoint.

I was a little skeptical about Fix N’ Go and all the positive reviews. Trenton is as good as everyone says in the review. He did a GREAT job fixing the iPad glass screen within a short time. He is easy to talk to, friendly, and respectful. Prices are reasonable! He is definitely my go-to person for future repairs if needed.

I got my s21 ultra fixed here. I watched him do the repair. I have no idea how he does it. I would loose all those tiny parts if I did it myself. Took about 45minuites. This is the second phone screen that Trenton replaced. The first was an iPhone that had an issue after repair. I brought it back to him and he showed me how to fix the issue I was having and even though it was ok he still replaced the screen a second time free of charge to ensure my piece of mind. I Highly recommend for the price and quality I wouldnt go anywhere else. Thanks again

I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get my phone repaired. I’ve had several screens repaired (teenagers ?♀️) over the years here and never had an issue. Their service is top notch and the phones are always returned in like-new condition. Today I had to have my son’s iPhone XS Max screen and back glass replaced. I wasn’t even sure it was fixable as the screen had detached from the back. I went in around 3PM and had the phone back less than 3 hours later - in like-new condition! Apple price gouges the XS Max screen but trent worked with me and honored a competitor’s price which really helped my wallet. I’ll continue to endorse them and be a repeat customer as long as they continue to be awesome!

Trenton did a great job. He was thorough and professional and quoted me way cheaper than anywhere else for a Samsung screen repair. Almost didn't find his kiosk though, he's in front of the pet shop on the ground floor. Definately a hidden gem worth seeking out for anything phone related.
