Although a lovely bouquet of flowers would not be out of the question. ? I was in need of the services of a new pharmacy in Cornwall. As a transgender woman, my previous pharmacological provider did not respect me, nor were they competent in matters relating to hormone therapy. A lack of knowledge and medical care for transgender people is all too common in Cornwall within the medical community as a whole.? I needed to vet a new medicine dispenser that would not only respect me as a transgender person but also be a competent business. Enter ????????? ???????? ???????? and its genial ? Pharmacist/Owner, Dr. Kent Guindon and his team. I made my initial contact with my preferred method of communication, email (honestly, why use such an archaic device as the telephone in 2024 C.E.?). Although the medical community remains fond of it for some reason. But I digress.? Kent is a very kind and approachable professional who is a respectable, patient and humble man. He is also a bit of a card! He and his pharmacy are members of Diversity Cornwall and, as such, are supporters of the Lgtbq+ community. Beginning with his patient and generous interactions with me addressing the salient issues, the transfer of my prescriptions from the old pharmacy by his capable staff to the delivery of my first batch of medications, it was a seamless and pleasurable experience. It was the most prompt, courteous and respectful service I have ever been granted by a pharmacy. “I had an Rx for my daughter that was apparently no longer used. The initial pharmacist (did not get her name) informed me of this (other pharmacists just told me they couldn't fill it), but she called various pharmacies/resources to try and find a solution. Unfortunately she couldn't so she offered to try and contact the doctor who prescribed the Rx to try and work on an alternative solution. She called many times, but was unable to reach him by store closing. She then passed along this problem to the next pharmacist who was in in the morning, Arsany. He was just as wonderful he kept trying the doctor throughout the day and called me to keep me up to date. Unfortunately it took me going back to the doctor in person to get the change, but both pharmacists went above and beyond what I would've asked of them and were very sympathetic to the situation I was in. I will definitely be using them again.”
“I went to buy birthday perfume on Sunday , & the young customer servies girl Nomi @ cosmetic is outstanding ,is so kind & professional that she recommended me to put red paper in gift bag & free of charge gave me bag for birthday present., school age kids are not very professional like nomi & especially don't work on Sunday The manager came to put his I.d for the voucher. She was wonderful & very good & make excellent contact with customer. Another supervisor Manon, joana, Laura. Tawnaya.. I must salute the manager to hire a such a wonderful team. And I find always French ladies are very helpful and kind. And salute to nomi for a wonderful team. Miss tawnya l is very smiley.
