My son worked for this company. He is in the National Guard. They didn't like the fact he had to take one day a month off for drill so they came up with a bullshit reason to fire him the day before Thanksgiving by saying he went over his PTO by 2 hours in October. Very Un-American not supporting our troops. Shame on you Whiting.

I'm not loading out of here again. Long wait time. Small inside dock you have to back into, maneuver around cars in the parking lot, slide tandems back, unhook from tractor so they can close dock door - all this is not worth the money paid

Very poor instructions given for your job. Veterans don't have the right to speak of the issue with anyone. Wishing I would have known before I was able to work there.

My experience with Whiting Door on 08/16/22 consisted of a friendly staff from Check-in to waving goodbye. I arrived at 1055 with my delivery and I was waving at 1225 hrs. For fully loaded 53; I thought that was very reasonable. The docks are inside the building but maneuverability isn’t a problem with the amount of parking lot space available for you to use. As mentioned in other people saying posts It can be on the dark side inside the building while bumping up to the dock. However, Whiting Door has bright orange LED lights installed and in line with your bump pad and they help tremendously.

Communication with this company is a mess. Everyone blames someone else.I spoke with Mike Mohler for my original order when I called back to confirm he was on leave getting married I dealt with lance Skidmore who never told me I had to pay shipping separately and I will pay it later he says he only filled in for Mike Mohler but he did take my credit card information so why was I not informed I called his boss name David he swears he’ll get back with me the same day the next morning after not hearing from him I get an email from Allen Quintana that says I feel someone must have told you about the shipping now feelings are involved (wow) is this professional I call to find out someone superior over him and I have a Rich Garrett who does not return phone calls.I ordered parts and was never told shipping is paid later by me to an independent company.You buy parts from this company pay them they send them to a shipping company and then the shipping company calls you and tells you what you have to pay anywhere else your shipping is included with the price before you buy the parts now I have parts bought sitting at a shipping company that I knew nothing about and if I don’t pay the shipping I’m out the money for the parts this is ridiculous name me another company that does this!!!!!You might wanna think twice and know all your options before you order something from this company.

Great staff!
Horrible wait times.
Dark indoor docks to back into... No lights bright enough to guide you in.
Other than that I've picked up here before. Idk if they still do but they use to allow us to stay overnight and leave early in the morning.
