We were hoping to make this place our new mechanic, but the lack of professionalism is beyond belief. Asked him if he works with warranty companies. Said "yes", but the only way to submit a claim is through email, and guess what, he doesn't know how to email! So, the car sat there for days before I tried to help him along. Finally got the claim approved and the car has sat there for another week. Keeps promising "it will be done tomorrow." Went in this past Friday, still not done. I asked if he had the part in stock ready to install and he said "yes.". Turns out he was lying. My husband has called him every day since and now he is saying he doesn't have any money to buy the part! What kind of an auto repair shop is this? Never experienced anything like this in my life. So, be prepared to pay up front for your parts if you use this place.

Came here many times. Mike fixed a lot for me, but my last experience was terrible. Explained I had a noise could be the pulley or tensioner. Mike changes them out gets me my truck back still making the noise as before . Took the truck which is a 2012 Chevy 2500 he says your alternator is bad . Changes alternator . I get the truck back and still had the chirping noise. So now $600 dollars for nothing !!! So Mike says bring it back I'll fix it for free . He had my truck from a Monday to Friday after 3 times returning it. I finally just go and get it back to take to another mechanic because it's still chirping . terrible experience .now I'm out $600 and still need help fixing my truck.

My son and I were traveling from our home in the Utica/Rome area to visit my brother-in-law and his family in the Buffalo area.As we were driving down the NYS thruway something flew off the underneath of my car. We immediately got off the thruway at exit 48A.My wife came and picked us up and we spent the next day (Saturday) searching for an auto repair shop nearby. The only place we could find open was Village Auto.I explained my situation and they immediately looked at my car and fixed it right away.They treated us like family even though we were total strangers. There aren’t many people around today that would do for us like they did. Great people and I definitely would recommend bringing your business their way.
