When I have some down time during business trips, I like to scope out local coffee shops. This place did NOT disappoint. Being in a building from the 1950s, it has a beautiful, vintage exterior. As soon as you walk in, you are met with a delightful scent of coffee and baked goods. Try a warmed up cinnamon roll - it will melt in your mouth AND in your hands, and you will be drooling before you get a chance to sit. The freshly ground coffee is from Great Lakes Coffee Roasting company. While I am a dark roast snob, I had the medium roast and it was fantastic. In addition to all this, there an eclectic offering of little trinkets, artisanal soaps, souvenir clothing, amongst other things for you to choose from. Not only was the atmosphere was warm and inviting because of the sweet decadent smells, the barista, Brooke, was awesome and really contributed to the whole experience. There WILL be a next time for me. Check it out!

Very friendly and helpful staff! Great selection of food and gift items. Delicious lattes and other beverages, if you are in Akron, you should definitely stop in!

The best Akron has to offer. What a great and unique selection of jam's, spreads and sauces. Pineapple habanero and the candied jalapeno bbq sauce are extraordinary. I also purchased a paprika infused olive oil, fine chocolates, beef jerky and maple syrup. They carry a lot and are all delicious!! I’ll be back for sure!

Beautiful shop, well stocked with unusual items not found elsewhere. The baked goods are made fresh and were delicious. The atmosphere was friendly, and inviting.

This is, by far, the best place in town to visit for coffee or tea and a sweet treat...their ice coffee is amazing!! The clerks are friendly and are wonderful baristas. And it's such a fun store to wander around and see what new treasures are being sold.
