This review is for Mark Stephenson and Rob Kundid at Interstate Toyota New York. We were trying to lease a company car and Mark and Rob went above and beyond to help us. Mark was very courteous and kept me informed about our application / the car on his day off. They get an A+ for customer service!

Below is my original review which Yelp doesn't seem to let me amend.New Revision:I was going to change my review to three stars because the service manager Craig finally agreed to replace the tire under warrantee. So my wife made an appointment and had the tire changed.She was just this moment presented with a bill for $350! (No, not for all four. For one tire.) And they 'had no record' of this being changed on their dime. After much hub-bub, including a phone call to the dealership manager, they finally found the guy who said yes. BTW the GM 'doesn't take calls'. Really? That instills confidence. (Not!)What a horrible experience. I have had root canals that were more enjoyable. I can say here and now that this was the last car our family (of 6 people) will ever buy from this dealership. Actually it could now be the last Toyota we ever buy.Way to go Interstate. From before:Amazing: a few months and 1700 miles on the new car they sold us. When we brought it in for a bubble in the tire they rudely blew us off. OUR problem they said. Not only would they not contact Continental or Toyota for us they were rude in how they spoke to us.Ok, we'll contact them but you should know buying a car is not a clean deal. Should you need anything or any help don't expect it from this dealership.(BTW, not sure why Yelp says I am in San Francisco. Good ol' Rockland boy here. For over 40 years)

Do not do business with these crooks. All I needed was a new battery, they tried to charge me $4000 for a new catalytic converter I did not need. They held my car for almost a week until I would agree to the work, I did not need. I had the car picked up and brought to Augie's Tallman Auto Center where my car was fixed in under two hours and for only $180. Toyota should fire every last employee at this dump.

Very unprofessional. Had a deposit on a car since the beginning of August. Have been waiting for months and when the car finally gets closer to getting to the dealer I was told they weren't going to sell me the car anymore because there were going with the highest bidder. No point in putting a deposit, still won't guarantee you the vehicle.

I was looking for a Toyota as my parents have a Rav 4 hybrid but will be buying a Honda.The sales manager and credit manager pulled a fast one on my father.My father purchased the car and he noticed that the credit rating was 580 on the loan application. My fathers credit rating at the time was above 700.So the interest rate was ridiculous, when confronted with the mistake and the lie that they perpetrated they had said oh your credit rating is so low.Without a recourse my father just paid the car off a quickly as possible.Forget interstate Toyotathey are a dens of thieves .

First off, I will never buy another Toyota again because they support the radical right agenda and the likes of Marjorie Taylor Green and Matt Gaetz, two traitors to this country. Secondly, buyer beware! A friend of mine and her boyfriend, who are immigrants to this country, were taken advantage of by a dishonest salesman who knew perfectly well they were not able to afford a $1,700 monthly car payment. As a result, they had to file for bankruptcy. As for me, I had to chase after the repair shop to see when my car was ready instead of them giving me a status on my car.

I bought a 2019 RAM from this dealer back in Oct the purchasing part wasn't to bad just the usually car dealer nonsense, in February I brought the truck back in for a coolant leak to be told "there is no leak". The next week the leak had gotten worse, the truck was starting to over heating made an appointment for Saturday morning dropped it off all day I hear nothing, around 4 I finally call them to be told "oh ya we need to keep the truck till at least Monday to be sure what the issue Is but we're pretty much closed now and don't have any rentals available." Why no one called me before they closed, who knows. Monday comes again don't hear from anyone all day so around 4 I call to get an update, I was told the issue and the parts where ordered and should be in on Wednesday, the following Wednesday I call, leave a message don't get a call back, Thursday again and I'm told "the parts aren't in yet but they should be in Monday. A week goes by don't hear from anyone so I call again "parts are in truck should be done next Wednesday". ok good, truck was "done" the following Friday 4/1. Picked it up, drove home no issues all seemed good, Saturday I'm driving and the engine temp gauge starts to rise, I pull over and once I stopped I notice there tons of steam coming from under the hood, the tech didn't release the clamp that holds the radiator hose in place and it blew off causing the truck to lose most of its coolant, thankfully I was going to meet Some one and they where able to give me a ride to get coolant and pliers to release the clamp. Once I get this issue sorted out and I'm making sure all of good I notice the dipstick is rattling around because the bolt wasn't put back in securing it to the engine. They also didn't put any of the wire tie downs back or any of the wire clamps back in place. Not sure how this was allowed to leave the shop half complete
