“I was surprised at what a good experience I had with a body shop after I was rear-ended on I95. Other shops scared me by warning me that the other driver's insurance company would be a nightmare to work with. Columbus expressed confidence that everything would be fine, and it was. They've been in business for generations and I can see why. They know their stuff and are very helpful and professional. Gave me a ride to the train station when I dropped off my vehicle. Its not easy to find replacement parts but John found them. The car was ready when promised and it ran beautifully! I drove the car 95 miles to the wedding weekend destination and upon arrival John calls me to see whether we made it to our destination safely and asked how the car performed.
