I purchased a Tag Heuer Formula 1 watch from Prestige and received it in a very reasonable time. Unfortunately the clasp broke and I reached out to Prestige to get a replacement. After checking with the manufacturer I was told that it would not be covered under warranty even though it was not a year old. I agreed to buy a pre-owned clasp which was an eye popping $145. (New was $300) I was without my watch for 2 months while Prestige went back and forth with the manufacturer. Finally, Prestige didn't want me to be without my watch any longer so they shipped me a brand new clasp from a watch they had in stock. I'm very pleased with Prestige Time and disappointed in Tag Heuer for jerking Prestige around for 2 months.

I had an Omega Planet Ocean that I was looking to trade or sell. I reached out to Prestige Time and provided photos and other required information on my watch. Prestige responded with a very fair offer regarding my proposed trade for a Longines Conquest Chronograph automatic. I sent my watch to Prestige and received their acceptance of the pending deal. Prestige shipped the Longines within a day and I received it 2 days later. Prestige time was very attentive and responded quickly to my questions and any concerns. Prestige is continuing with customer service to assist me with obtaining a couple of extra bracelet links from Longines.
I highly recommend Prestige Time.

This is my first experience with Prestige Time with Omega de Ville prestige . I wasn't an easy customer and kept on asking questions for more than one time and the customer care were so good specially Mike whom i thank him a lot for understanding my stress of buying expensive watch from dealer. The quality of the watch i received from them is so so good and the packaging care was great. I highly recommend them for great prices , customer service and i am sure that I am dealing with professional staff.

Ordered a watch through their website after seeing it listed on Chrono24. Their own site had a better price and affirm buying options than Chrono24 did! Got a call from them confirming my order within the hour and shortly after got confirmation it shipped out. Came the next morning and could not be any happier with the watch or their service!
