I can not say enough great things about this business. I live in North Rockland. My pharmacy was having a problem getting a medication that I'm taking. So, I called the prescription center. They told me they had it. I got in touch with my doctor. He sent the script to them immediately. I called up. Spoke to the pharmacist. He was a major help. I asked if they delivered. He said yes. The next day, the driver came with my prescription. The prescription was in refrigerated bags. I asked if I was the farthest they delivered to. He said no. He said he delivers to Putnam and Orange and Dutchess counties as well. All I could say is that I highly recommend this place. Highly.

Refused to fill my prescription even though my doctor has me on a taper plan from a serious addiction I’m recovering from. My medicine cannot be quit cold turkey because seizures or death can occur. Didn’t let me even get my doctor on the phone to explain what was going on just hung up on my face. Not good service. They have a right to refuse a fill but they have no class or compassion. Remember, addiction can happen to anyone. All is starts is with a traumatic life event. No one is immune to it.

Took my son for a vaccine booster here. There’s about 5 signs on the door and outside stressing to wear a mask. We go inside and an older gentleman working there not wearing a mask. I ask the woman helping us shouldn’t everyone be wearing masks? She says “oh he’s just over there” (which happens to be maybe 10 feet from where vaccines are being given) and then reluctantly adds I’ll go tell him. By the time we finished w our appointment she had not and he was still not wearing one when we left. The hypocrisy is disappointing.

I called the prescription center -to follow up on the Covid vaccine as requested -I was verbally harassed by an aggressive employee -His name was nick -was the rudest and so aggressive on the phone -this person should not be allowed to answer phones or be in contact with customers .I personally wouldn’t have him clean my toilets .I feel so sorry for any elderly person looking to helped .He put the fear of god in them .Nick if you don't enjoy your job do us all a favor

This place has been a godsend since the covid outbreak! I call, i order and give credit card over phone and when i get there they bring it out!!!! Thank you prescription Center!!!!

Excellent pharmacy and an incredible resource for caregivers of disabled, incontinent, diabetic and pretty much all challenged patients. Great selection of shower chairs, diabetic socks, etc. don't know what I would do without them in my caring for my family member. Very knowledgeable staff, super helpful.
